We (my girlfriend and I) arrived at 6:40 pm and we're told that it would be an hour and forty - five minute wait so we sat in the bar until our table was ready. What an unexpected pleasure! We sat at the bar and Gene from Jersey was our server. He was polite, attentive, and provided great service. The food was fresh and delicious! The smokey salsa was awesome!

I come to Uncle Julio’s weekly. It’s my favorite spot in Brookfield. The staff is friendly and are attentive and quick. The hostesses could not be more kind, and management is ALWAYS out on the floor working, running food, greeting customers, and handling to go orders.
