We commend businesses that effectively advertise our upcoming service, showcasing an impressive marketing team. This particular establishment stands out by avoiding an impersonal approach, treating us as more than just numbers.

It's impressive how they take the time to select a diverse food truck selection, giving customers the opportunity to try different foods from various cultures. Customers show a willingness to explore ethnic foods.

Ric, the manager, exhibits outstanding leadership and is very easy to collaborate with! He deserves a raise!

“Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with 17 people…Tim was outstanding with reacting to us just stopping in with no reservations! He was able to accommodate us with the longest table in the bar area and also assigned Avery as our bartender and order taker. Plenty of appetizers and pizza’s to boot! Tim also tossed in a round of shots for all! Very impressed, all with a full dining room and never skipped a beat. Definitely will be back as well as highly recommend!!!”

“Hadn’t been to Eaton’s for a while and glad I stopped. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pizza was great - abundant toppings, nice thin crust, flavorful sauce.”

“We attended a family wedding at Milwaukee Ale House on 10/5/24. The party staff was AMAZING. They were professional, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. Sue the coordinator is top notch. She met us the morning of the wedding so that we could set out centerpieces and other decorations. She has great ideas and is super easy to work with, she definitely knows what she is talking about. Jason the bartender makes amazing drinks and is very creative, the best drinks I've had in a long time. Jason also was a pro at handling a guest that had too much to drink, he sensed it and dealt with it in a way that did not embarrass the guest at all. Jamie was working that night as well, she is organized, fast and handled some last minute table changes without a complaint. Sue, Jason and Jamie were wonderful and deserve a pay increase for the services they provide, I am sure they are not making what they deserve. It's not often you come across such hard working individuals and it was truly a pleasure. I will not hesitate to recommend the Milwaukee Ale House to anyone that is looking for a wedding/party venue.”

“This is a unique craft beer spot in an old mill building in Grafton. We would have liked more options (they had about 10 beers) and the prices are a touch high ($8-12 per pour) but overall it was a cute spot with a relaxing patio to sip a cold bevy. Would definitely go again”

“The last few times I have been there in the morning, the same barista, Payton, has helped me. She is extremely helpful, both times I can never figure out what I want, and when I told her to just make me something, they were the best drinks I’ve ever had. Quite possibly one of the best barista’s I’ve talked to, super friendly and amazing at making drinks. Overall, an amazing Starbucks to visit!”

“Place hasnt changed since the 90s (which is kinda neat). Cool sports bar vibe with old photos of Wisconsin sports. Good selection of food and drinks. Hope this place stays around!”
