“I ordered the malai kofta, channa masala, and saag paneer. All three dishes were delicious. The portion sizes are big and last a while as well. I took a star off for service because we ordered an extra side of rice (which was $8) and didn't receive it when our order was dropped off.“
“I got a naan melt, and now I’m wondering why I waited so long to try Indian food. If you’re new to Indian food and don’t know what to get the workers are happy to help you out. Great food, excellent service, clean restaurant! Highly recommend stopping by!!!“
“We’ve been here twice in one week, most delicious Indian food in Milwaukee! Everyone is always really nice, and the atmosphere is pleasant with really cool hand made plates. The buffet is a great deal as well, everything is delicious with fresh naan being brought to your table. I recommend the Tikka Masala and the Gobi “
“It was the first time for my husband and I. Our waiter was super helpful with explaining the menu & things that he recommends we should order. All of the food was so delicious. All of the meat was tender & flavorful! We will definitely be coming back!!“
“Some of the most beautifully plated dishes I've ever seen. Special garnishes, sauces, great attention to detail. I had the vegetarian kofte and the dumplings looked like works of art, each with a delicate slice of pickled radish on top. Authentic dishes, but artistry in presentation really made it next level. Can't wait to go back.“
“I have waited so long to have excellent Indian food nearby, and Had's Indian Cuisine fits the bill. From the excellent mango lassi to appetizers (I love the veg samosas) to main courses and the buffet, everything is cooked perfectly. My favorites--I'm a vegetarian--are the bengain bhartha, gobi manchurian, and chili paneer. The lunch buffet has more offerings than I've seen at other Indian places in town. And there are enough meat dishes to keep my husband happy, and plenty of veggie dishes for me. My d-i-l is a gluten free/vegetarian, and she finds several offerings.Altogether, I think this is a great place. It's casual enough that you can drop in after shopping at Kohls (next door), and the people are very kind. If you like Indian food and haven't tried it, I suggest you do.“
“One of the BEST PLACES I ever ate. I come from Washington DC and have been to hundreds of Indian restaurants but not a match with this restaurant which beats Quality, Taste, Simplicity and Fresh food !!Delicious , Fresh, just like Home food. When I say home food it’s light, not heavy or greasy but still has restaurant taste.Ordered Thali, Buttermilk, Dosa, Paratas. All of them were excellent !!“
“Came to try something new & we loved it here. Definitely recommend the butter chicken & the chicken coconut curry. The Naan was soo good & flavorful. The owners were very friendly & gave us complementary dessert. Will definitely visit again! 10/10 recommend!!“
“We were going to get gas the the Mobil out front and we were feeling hungry. We decided to give this place a try and I am so glad we did! I had the Lamb Tikka Masala and my husband had the butter chicken. We split an order of Garlic Naan and we both had a Mango Lassi. When you first walk into the place, it just smells so frigging delicious, I knew we made the right call. Both dishes were A-Mazing! Sitting down, we noticed all the awards they have won so far, and they are well deserved! If you are looking for delicious food, look no further!!!“
“Our team had a fantastic dining experience at Taste of India. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for our gathering. The staff was attentive, and the authentic flavors of each dish left a lasting impression. It was a delightful team-building experience, and we highly recommend Taste of India for those looking to combine great food with a welcoming environment.“
“They went out of their way to make food I could share with my son! The food is full of flavor, tastes fresh, and came out hot. They made sure to give us extra silverware and everything.Kid-friendliness: Went out of their way to make the food so that my son could enjoy it, too. Very carrying people.“
“The food is amazing! Nice service as well. Have seen office workers flocking there at lunch time as it is located at lower level of the building. Would highly recommend it! Also check with them for options if you cannot take too spicy food!“
“I had lunch at this restraunt recently and was throughly impressed. the atmosphere was inviting, creating a pleaseant dining experience. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was to our liking. As for the food it was simply delicious. Especially I loved chickpea appetizer. I'm already looking forward to returning for another meal. Highly recommended.“
“We ordered take-out from here a few times and then finally decided to come in for a dine-in and it was perfect! The food was perfect on all aspects. We really enjoyed all the dishes we got; they were tasty and perfectly spiced. The server was new but they really tried hard and ended up getting everything correctly. We came right back a week after with a friend and we really enjoyed the food again. Would be back soon :)“
“Authentic Indian food! Honestly didn’t know what to order? Waitress explained to me what the food is and made good suggestions! Parking is plentifulFood was delicious prompt and served hot! I would go here again- it is a 24 hr restaurant! They do have daily specials on chalk board outside of restaurant look before entering! Nice place if you want a hot meal!Vegetarian options: Many dishes contain no meatParking: Connected to a hotel so plenty of parking!“
“Anmol's catering service was exceptional! We hired them for my sister's wedding, and they truly exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Highly recommend!“
“The food was absolutely fantastic! We had samosas, lamb curry, and the non-veg (chicken) sampler, with extra naan, and it was ALL delicious.Dining room is pleasant and unpretentious, but any perceived lack of glamour is more than worth the trade-off for the wonderful food. I can't wait to come back!Parking: A small, tight lot is available in the rear, but difficult to turn around in. No street parking.“
“Excellent sambal, excellent daal. I always order the same thing at Amir's: Roti telur and nasi lemak with extra sambal and daal. They have been featured in Milwaukee Magazine, have made the rounds at Eid festivals for the Layton Ave mosque (which is how hubby and I met them), and they keep their food truck parked in a good location that guarantees a steady stream of business. Their popularity has risen enough that they are going to give a brick and mortar restaurant a shot. Opening in September in the old Honeydip Donuts location on South 27th St. it is, again, in a good location for the most possible business. Support this mom n pop small business and check them out at their new restaurant in September They make the best sambal I've ever had anywhere.“
“I got a gyro & fries, the fries were very good. I loved the seasoning, and the portion of food was great. The bathroom & floors by the food counter should be cleaned better, but other than that I will be back to try the Indian food. ????“
“We recently ordered food for our son's grad party. The food was freshly prepared and servered hot. Everyone enjoyed the yummy food. Pani Puri and hot Jalebi stalls were the best. Food was so good that we hardly get any leftovers to enjoy the next day ;)Special thanks to Prince and his team for making our celebrations tasteful.“
“Our first time here. My first time trying Indian food. I loved it! Everyone loved their food. It was just the right amount of spicy. The Naan was absolutely amazing. We will be back.Dietary restrictions: There is something for everyone to enjoy.“
