“We stopped at Woody's for the first time last night and were very impressed. My husband loved the cod dinner and rated it as one of his favorites. I had the sandwich of the week....a delicious chicken jalapeño popper sandwich. It was 10/10 for us! Our server, Marienna, was very attentive. We will definitely be visiting again when in the area!“

“Had been to this place when it was called Saloon 247, new owners did a nice "make over" of the place. Not large but "cozy" inside. Cool little place to stop for a beer or cocktail. Met the new proprietors and their pooch (Lola B I believe was the pooch's name), nice folks, engaging with customers which is always a good thing.“

“A Hartland landmark for decades. Though a bar shares a view of the front, there is a clean we'll lit dining room, toward the back past the billiard table and pinball machines you will indulge. The food comes fairly quickly these years and the specialty prime rib sat. nites are worth putting on your calendar. On top of the delicious fish, the enormous servings and the potato pancakes, trust me this is a place to hit up! Best value out there for fish fry or plump burger lunch and a bloody.“

“First time at Zesti, for my birthday and we will be back as a regular in the rotation for sure. The menu is diverse and nicely different than other restaurants. A great choice of pastas, salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, pizza and deserts. Full choice of beverages with a great wine list and a surprisingly inexpensive evening! Also, Brandon was our server and did a great job explaining dishes and taking care of us in a very casual, friendly way. Thanks Chef Feker and crew!“

“First time here yesterday 4/27/24! There was a small wait, but the wait was so worth the food! Had the bang bang shrimp and cheese curds for an appetizer and the crab rangoon flatbread for the main course! Leftovers were brought home! Great staff, awesome environment and great food! “What a friendly neighborhood bar. Clean and pretty comfortable. Ok selection of drinks.But the food!!!!!The wings and some of the best around and the other food looked great as well.Huge wings...my finger was trying to show size. They were meaty but not greasy or drowning in sauce. Perfect.“

“Excellent menu, wonderful service and a creative drinks menu! We asked several times for the music to be turned down, but we still had to shout across the table at each other. Tables were jammed together so that a trip to the bathroom was an obstacle course. Would love to visit this place again, but will bring earplugs next time.“

“I can absolutely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Bar and Grill at Pabst Farm in Oconomowoc, WI! The food is awesome, and I would say that the burger is the best in town. The wings are fantastic, and on Mondays they are 40 cents a piece! “Amazing tasting and beautifully plated! Only thing suck was served medium and I prefer medium rare. Our server Megume was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Put in dessert order early so we could make our show. I definitely recommend. Japanese milk bread and jerk chicken to die for!“

“First time trying the fish fry and we were very surprised. It's iconic vintage atmosphere all the way, like stepping into the 1960's. All the regulars, everyone says hi, it's charming. We got the two piece and three piece fried cod, carried it out, $30. The servings were large, perfectly cooked with a very light, flaky, crispy coating, with fries, rye bread, creamy coleslaw, and tartar sauce. “First time here. 5pm on a Tuesday. Was greeted right away by the smiling hostess. She proceeded to seat us at our table that was already set (we had reservations). Very nice relaxing atmosphere and a cozy bar. The service throughout the night was outstanding. Several different people stopped by often to clear a plate or refill waters, and all were very friendly. 3 people had filet, and I had a strip steak. A couple of us had the mushroom truffle soup that had short rib in it and really enjoyed it. All 4 steaks were cooked perfectly, and the 3 people that had the filet were very happy. Though my strip was cooked perfectly, the amount of fat that was left on it is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay around $50 for a steak, I'd prefer not to lose 4 bites of it due to fat (not the kind that you can chew). “My wife and I just moved to Pewaukee and today we came in for the first time. It was a busy bar and we were still greeted and served immediately by Becca who was so kind and very attentive to every patron that she was serving. She made our time there very enjoyable. We stayed through the shift change where we met the next bartender was Nikki who was also so wonderful and on top of taking care of everyone. “Went for a fish fry last night. First visit but sure won't be the last! Food was absolutely delicious! The batter on the fish is special. Not too heavy and a perfect taste. The quality of the fish was excellent! Homemade potato pancakes were worth the upgrade. Great rye bread too. And I have to mention the service- amazing! First time there but were treated like long time valued customers. Can't wait to go back and support this wonderful place!“

“A real hometown bar with excellent lunchtime service. My California cheeseburger was delicious: fresh bun, crispy lettuce, tasty tomato, and mayo on the side. The sizzling, crispy chive fries came with a thick ranch dipping sauce. We were in and out in less than an hour.“

“Stopped in for a quick drink. Seemed everyone knew everyone but didn't give off the 'what are you doing here' vibe. Friendly tender. Smiles and joking around with the regulars as well as remembering us in the 'corner'. We will definitely stop in again when we are in that neck of the woods again.“

“My partner and I went for fishy fry at Bryant's as part of our quest to try out different fish fry's in the area. We got fried cod with potato pancakes. The tartar sauce was very flavorful and complemented the fish well. Additionally, the potato pancakes and cole slaw were also very good. The cole slaw had pineapple incorporated in it, which really elevated the flavor and (as someone who doesn't normally get fish fry for the slaw) was a very welcome change from the regular fish fry ensemble.We will definitely be coming back. We did speak to the owner while he checked on our table, who said that the fish fry will be served all year round. We think that's a good thing as it is our new favorite fish fry!“

“Nice place. Beertendress was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back. I heard bands play here sometimes, but I'm not sure how anybody can find out who is playing or when. The Facebook site looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time. This place definitely needs their own website to bring in more customers.... And the pizza is amazing!“

“Love the food. Southern menu with huge portions and reasonable prices. Maybe the best chicken tenders I've had. I don't keep track of that and i know the bar is probably low but Gemma's breading is fire and for $10 you get more food that you can eat. I can throw back a meal but rarely get thru 3 tenders and the side of fries. Definitely try the hot honey and Nashville hot sauces I like that they added a pop a shot and the TV setup is one of the best around to watch games. Huge projection screen. Bartenders are always friendly and helpful. Vibe is still divey but kept clean. Generally packed around dinner time. I think they wanted to do more late night stuff but it's usually dead there by 10 pm the weekends. Probably more of a location thing (not walkable to other bars in winter). Would love to see a few more healthy menu options so I could eat here more often but got respect for them staying true to their theme. Overall I think Gemma's is a solid 4/5 but I rated a 5 bc no one reviews stuff in Okauchee and this place is definitely not a 3. Check it out“

“Gem in Lake Country. This is a review of the casual menu. Tuesday-Thursday they have a Happy Hour special from 4:30-6:00, half off all drinks, including the big steins of beer. Live music in the lounge Dec-Mar and then the patio starting in May. We enjoyed a very tasty and juicy orange roughy sandwich and a chicken pesto wrap. Both were delicious and more than we could eat.“
