“I just moved here from Idaho, and holy cow this place is super good! Usually it takes me awhile to try real authentic Mexican food, but this place is the bomb! The burrito and food is super good for an inexpensive price! I live here locally, and I will definitely BE RETURNING AS A CUSTOMER! My mouth waters as soon as I tried the first bite of my burrito with shredded beef! Thanks so much guys! This is the perfect place to hangout!”

“This place is inside a bp gas station. Not a bad thing. You walk in and the restaurant is on the left hand side. It's express so it's a limited menu. Not a problem either. There was only guy working and he was very nice and professional. Slight language barrier but it was OK for the most part. I spent $40 on 4 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy sauce. The pizza was hot and fresh but there is literally NO SAUCE!!! what is up with that!! If you're not going to put sauce on the pizza, then don't make the customer pay for the marinara with the crazy bread.”

“This is the kind of place where you think about the meal you had after you're back home, or days later, and need to go back again and again! You can taste the quality of the ingredients in the food! The menu is familiar but done in a fresh way. Everything is made in-house, with super good coffee roasted in Wisconsin too. Prices are as expected for great food. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. A great place to meet up with friends or have a business lunch, I've done both. Brillion is lucky to have Batch Baker Co!”

“Absolutely loved my birthday cake from them! The service and response from Alex was amazing. The cake tasted incredible. I got the lemon flavoring and gave creative freedom on the decorations. The only thing I said was that it was an aperol spritz themed party and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be going back to them for any and all baked goods for the future!”

BBQ is a favorite of ours! 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles provided us with a food tasting of some of their popular items before committing. The tasting was delicious and we instantly knew we wanted them to be a part of our special day. Food is a very important part of your wedding day and something you want your guests to enjoy and remember. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles BBQ did just that! We overheard our guests talked throughout the night about how wonderful and tasty the food was and even how unique it was to have a food truck cater. Even over the course of the past year since our wedding, our guests continue to comment on how phenomenal our wedding food was. 4 Schmidt’s and Giggles was great to work with! They provided fast and efficient communication, suggestions along the way, and were very kind and respectful to our wedding venue staff and guests. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for catered BBQ! We love that we get to continue to enjoy their tasty food with their food truck events.
