“Finally made it across the river to Nova today. My visit left me in the state of "how many times were you told to get here... & kept saying...mehh... I will? Well today did not disappoint! I loved the small brunch cocktail menu, not overwhelming and some great options, the bloody with dill pickle ice was very tempting! I opted for the Knob Creek Colab Sour, it was delicious & not too sweet so I sucked it down in two sips! It paired perfectly w hanging out w buddies on the patio! I like that he patio had options of small square tables, round tables and picnic tables w umbrellas! There's a small parking lot, that if it's full you can easily park along the Coulee curb. Boomin Barbecue has residency and w the Libations for Everyone podcast recording today I opted for the Knob Creek burger, "Smoked & Seared Burger, American Cheese, Smoked Pork Belly, Bourbon Braised Onions, Pickles, Knob Creek Aioli on a Sesame Potato Bun". I'm sorry, correction: the DELICIOUS Knob Creek burger!!! The bar was comfortable and spacious, read: you weren't touching legs w the chair next to you. You can see the two bathrooms from the bar, they're not tucked away in some corner. I like that there is a garage door open to the spacious patio. I was able to have a few words w the friendly owner.
