“I was pleasantly surprised how delicious their burgers were for a smaller dive type bar! We got the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and mushroom Swiss deluxe for pick up. They were both cooked perfectly and we loved how much lettuce tomato pickles onions they put on them. Also the variety of sauces is intriguing for dipping. I'm excited to try some others next time and maybe a wrap next time. Pickup was smooth and the bartender was very nice, I would recommend calling rather than ordering online. I definitely recommend giving them a try for a great juicy burger!!“
“Luis’s is such a gem in Lake Geneva! We order carryout several times a month and our favorite items are the burritos and tacos- all of the meat options are delicious (barbacoa is a favorite) and the portions are generous with rice, beans and excellent tortilla chips as sides. The menu is large with many options and the remodeled restaurant is fantastic! Consistent quality and reasonable prices. Only suggestion is to be open more weekdays for dinner during your winter hours- we’d be there even more!!“

Haven't been there in a long time but everything was great - the renovations, staff, cleanliness, and the quality of the food.The thing that hasn't changed is the location being short staffed.Hopefully the owner takes action to correct this by bringing more quality individuals on staff - things are nice now but doing so with only a handful of people will burn them out and things will regress...“
“Terra aka red, came out after we order food on the app ask the name we used to order it. It's a great feeling to know someone is doing their job properly to make sure the right food goes to the right vehicle. Just makes me feel good about her service awesome job and good work that employee needs a raise and ten stars instead of five. The food taste fresh and even the fries. Very respectful as well.Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction, you can always ask them not to put anything on there such as myself. I cannot have Mayonnaise. and they gave me a sandwich without Mayonnaise.Kid-friendliness: They respect all children as far as I can see. There is no playhouse, but they do have tables that light up for children to play With?Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to go into the store if you have a wheelchair and they have available parking right up front.“
“Good Food, good service overall- been there with family many, many times without any complaints to speak of. Service is good overall, but it can be on the slow side if they are NOT busy overall. Parking can be a bit of a hairy situation getting IN or OUT when the drive thru is busy as there is not much rom to get by the cars in the drive through (sometimes we just quietly park in the very large YMCA parking lot next to Culvers, shhh!)“

However, it could use a bit more lights to mark the entrance driveway.Once we entered, we were curious with how the food would be. Other reviews appear to wonder about this as well. The interior atmosphere is filled with antiques and charm. The video slot machines is what I believe give reason for pause. The very reasonable prices might even make folks wonder as well! :-)When the food arrived, we didn't have to wonder anymore. The ribs, the salad, and the hot dogs we ordered were all excellent!Now that we're over the hump of wondering, you'll want to come back more and more. The price AND TASTE will not scare you!“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch and drink. Atmosphere was nothing special, tables were clean and they had a pool table near the bar. There was a large outdoor picnic/smoking area (pictured). They had several poker/slot machine and pull tabs. Bartender was also cooking that day. She did a great job balancing drink and food orders. Bloody Mary was good, and cheap! Would have preferred a little more garnish options. Drinks were a decent sized pour, especially for the price. Menu included standard bar food, but was done really well. Sliders were perfectly cooked (pictured) and only $1.75 fully loaded. Hot dog was a traditional Chicago Style (pictured), meal was two hotdogs, chips, and a beer for $7. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick spot for good drinks and bar food.“
