“NOT recommending Madison Mineral Point Road location. Husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. Got home, and it was a melt sandwich, overcooked and greasy. Not an option to return to get the burger he ordered. He waited forever the first time. Not calling either. It isn't worth the time and effort. Even if he had ordered this melt sandwich, I would still say it was greasy and overcooked. Sorry to all the good locations. Have never had a complaint about Culver's previously.“

“This Place was super Clean. Their Employees were friendly, on point with taking everyone's orders, and treated Customers with respect. This restaurant period Five Guys make the Best Fries in the world hands down!!! Plus they have one of the Biggest Drink selections around. I say everyone should at least eat here once in their Lifetime!!

“This is a very good subway. The staff is excellent. The food is always fresh and you can either sit inside and or it’s quick if you want takeout.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking and there is handicap parking

“Culver’s never disappoints unlike McDonald's. The moment I swallow a bite of a McDonald's burger my stomach starts grumbling. Culver's burgers taste more natural and their selection of fountain drinks is way better and they have a better menu overall.

“This is a local takeout place. Mostly what they have are ice cream cakes, ice cream, and their little Frozen treats. But they do have soda and hot dogs as well. Not bad if you want to grab something to go. They have a lot of dessert options here. And there are some tables to sit outside and eat at.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“Anytime I visit this location for lunch (around noon) it's always the same Hispanic gentleman at the window, And it should be said that this man deserves all the praise and recognition. Whether I'm the only customer in the drive through or if it is busy beyond belief, He never shows anything but a smile with genuine kindness and professionalism. Every visit through the drive through is a mood booster. I wish I knew his name, Hopefully upper management knows who I'm speaking of and he is rewarded. It is well deserved.“

“We were staying at the VA hospital today after flying in from Denver. I walked there, lots of construction. The delivery process seemed too complicated. The order online function wasn't working. The facility was clean. Very few customers at about 6 PM. The food looked fresh and a good variety. The gentleman who prepared our meals was polite and attentive. The guacamole was excellent. We ordered 3 chicken street tacos and a chicken salad bowl.Definitely recommend“

“Typical Qdoba restaurant. The service while taking my order was okay, the gal didn’t speak English so harder to communicate with her or needed an interpreter. The restaurant was fairly clean, but the tables could have used a wipe down, I was there right about noon so it was fairly busy. I had a bowl which I thought tasted great! My business partners also had bowls and they also thought the food was very good.“

“I am not a regular customer of this establishment, but normally received decent service when I do order until today. I always get the same thing and don't necessarily stray away from my normal order when I do come here. I would order a 6 piece chicken/6 piece fish combo which comes with fries and drink and add our own condiments. The meal normally comes out to $21.99 and with taxes $23.20. But I was charged $25 and some change. The price didn't sounded right and asked for a breakdown in charges. The cashier proceed to show me the cash register to demonstrate no errors occurred. But it shows the original amount of $23.20 (normal price with taxes as original stated). The cashier claim that price shown is the price only for the chicken, then proceeded in trying to convince me that because I wanted a combo meal (fries and drink) that an additional $2.00 will be added. I needed to double check my transaction history and statement to reconfirm the details, where I confirmed that I paid $23.50 in the past. I do not like shady business practices in which businesses are taking advantage and over charging minorities who are primarily black customers because these types of restaurants are in black communities. I noticed that recently received PPP with an upward of $9500 for their business. If you choose to continue going to this place, please get a receipt and ask questions and advocate for yourself. It isn't right when minorities have been heavy impacted by the pandemic with health and financially.“

“I stopped in on 8/3 and needed six foot-long subs made. The two people working did a fantastic job with my order, making everything "just right". When I got home later (I live out-of-town from there), I noticed they only charged me for five subs. When I called today to ask to pay for the sixth, the employee told me not to worry about it, as it was their mistake.
It was refreshing to be served by two teenagers who provided such great service at the store, and to be treated so well on the phone today.“
