We went to Carson's last night (Friday) before catching a show at the Riverside. We had reservations for 4:00, but it didn't start getting busy until 5:00/5:30.I ordered the steak kebab, because I thought the portion would be smaller than the cuts of meat that were $20+ more. Well, I still ended up with a lot leftovers. Portions are generous, and everything tasted great. After seeing famous and award winning my expectations were high. Good size portions especially with the Prime Rib. Roasted veggies and shrimps were tasty. Cesar salad was delicious. The roasted chicken was so so. You can get a tastier rotisserie chicken from the store. Greek potatoes sat in tray of oil.
