While Meat & Co. may not sound like the name that would catch a vegetarian or a vegan, if you check out their menu you will find a few vegetarian options. I wanted to finally give this food truck at Zócalo a try and the Veg & co. sandwich I had totally hit the spot! Its a delicious panko crusted eggplant sandwich that I'll be coming back to enjoy again soon. Good to see more options for those of us who don't eat meat.
The Veg & Co sandwich is so good! It was beautifully presented and it tastes amazing. I'm literally still eating it and had to put the sandwich down to write this review ASAP. It's so tasty!

Sleeper truckI believe Meat & Co is from the same guys doing Hot Wax at crossroads collective. I stopped here a few times now, the first for their tomato sandwich. I went home raving about this sandwich, it was SO good. I then tried the hot chicken.
