“This is the BEST café to drink at and work at in Neenah with THE BEST coffee. I'm not slinging mud, but the coffee is so much better than Starbucks and Lawless. I cannot espresso how much I enjoy their coffee and atmosphere. I like them a latte.”

“I absolutely adore Shellattes. I’m here from New Mexico and my friend brought me here as I staying with her in Neenah. I’ve been here everyday for 4 straight days. I love the coffee esp. lattes and appreciate the variety of sugar free syrups. I’ve had a scone, the Door County baked oatmeal and a strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. All are homemade and absolutely delicious! I also love the gently used bookstore part of the coffee shop as I’m an avid book reader and love that they have thrifty Knick knacks you can buy as well. Comfortable seating with a couch, easy chairs and tables and chairs. A variety of places to sit so I can have my coffee, eat some super delicious food and read a book. This place is totally my vibe! Totally would recommend this place. Oh and the prices are so reasonable. I’d pay double for this in New Mexico.”

“Check in at 5.10 am .. right way give the door and loading Is fast with in hour .. load secure with airbags and forklift driver putt loadlocks on load .. when loading is done he come with paperwork in truck and pull forward to install the seal on trailer… inside weight scale .. my gross is 80040 lb .. “I've stayed at this hotel twice but never visited the restaurant on-site. A late flight in and a busy day ahead left me with limited choices, and I decided to check it out.The waitress/bartender was super helpful in answering questions I had concerning items on the menu.I decided on the pretzel bites and teriyaki chicken wings. She brought the pretzel bites out first, and although the beer cheese was not the best I've had, it was good.At the moment, my wings were brought out. I was so excited I told my husband who was on the phone with me that I would call him back because my favorite dish had arrived.I pushed my pretzel bites to the side and immediately dug into my wings to be immediately disappointed. They were cold! I reached down to the lower portion of the basket and tried another one, but it was also cold.The taste of the wings were amazing, but I could not eat them cold, so I asked them to be sent back. By the time my waitress got back to me for me to send them back, her explanation was that I had let them sit too long before eating. Hold up! What did you just say? I cook wings at home, and my family has to wait at least 5 mins before eating to prevent burning their mouths! I literally tried to eat these as soon as they were set before me!She was kind and removed the charge from my ticket but politely let me know that they were hot when she brought them out because they were personally cooked by their manager. I declined to comment that managers make mistakes, too.All good things start from leadership. Perhaps they need to implement corrective actions based on their customer complaints. Here's your sign.”

“One of the best Italian meals I have had outside of Italy. It is definitely the best Italian food in the area, and one of our favorite restaurants to go to. There is almost always a wait, but it is worth it. Every dish we have had there has been outstanding. The bruschetta might be our favorite appetizer. The service is always good as well.”

“Messed up my pizza two times. First said no pinions, put on red onions. I again Stated no onions, they remade it with green, I noticed right away. They asked if I would like to keep it and give it to someone I knew knowing we wouldn’t eat it. Gave it to the in-laws. They remade it for the third time correctly. The team was doing a great job working together under pressure as it was very busy and most likely embarrassed for the mistake. Took my name and next pizza was free. They did a great job and made it right. Stand up service!”

“i normally have a horrible time trying to find fast food places i like, but not only were the employees (especially one) but the food incredible. The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live. “Been coming to cranky pat's for 30 years. Was in there today with my wife around 3pm. We were the only customers there. One waitress was on the phone with a customer and 2 others were in the area. We sat there for 20 minutes and not one ounce of service. A couple of walk bys but no service. Doesn't the help work together or just ignore customers? Got tired of no service for 20 minutes so we got up and went elsewhere. Nice way to lose lifelong customers........we won't be back.”

“Hands down the best margaritas! We had the tuna app and pork nachos and they were beyond amazing. The balance of citrus, and savory on the tuna was 5stars. The pork nachos were smoked just enough, not to much to be over powered. The host/ bartender were so attentive, then our server was knowledgeable and showed us pics of food which I loved! We got the grapefruit margarita and the scratch margarita, and coral snack( bit of spice) which I loved! 5/5 ⭐️”

“What a treat it was to eat and drink at the Chophouse this past week! The friendly staff catered to our meeds and wants with ease and professionalism. I found the restaurant to be clean and neatly appointed with a wonderful painting of Randall, the Cow, who really added a sense of home for me. The spicy strawberry margaritas were expertly crafted and so tasty, as was the huge pretzel and deep dried olives. If you are visiting the Appleton, WI area, I highly recommend eating at Wissota Chophouse located in the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites near the Appleton airport!”

“Biked the kids to get 99c cones and the lobby was closed due to low staffing… I thought we’d try to walk thru the drive-thru so I didn’t let the kids down with no ice cream and as we walked towards the drive thru line, an employee came and told us she’d help us on their front patio!… she took our cone order, delivered them out to us, didn’t charge us and gave us coupons to return for more cones another day! 🍦 She was so sweet when she had reason enough to be stressed with a full drive thru line at the lunch hour, low staff and people trying to dine in for the brief moment she came out to help us. Amazing customer service and kindness! ❤️”

I wasn’t expecting that, but she was very nice. The inside of McDonald’s was a very clean and that always makes me positive, but I wanna go there then, because we go to some restaurants and none of the booths are wiped off hour there’s food all over no, this was spic and span no food anywhere very well taken care of .
