Absolutely the best Mexican food in Morgantown. Not only is the food exceptional (the street tacos, birriaramen, salsa, and elote), but the service is fantastic. The staff at Monarca are always so helpful and friendly every time I come in. Plus, they are incredibly speedy. Tonight I came by for some chips and salsa after a night out and they included a free serving of elote. Just had One of the best Mexican style meals I’ve had in West Virginia. I got fish tacos, side of rice and Mexican soda. All of the food tasted great. You can tell they make their tortillas in house and fresh. Also, had a nice conversation with Laura And About Mexican culture. I’ll be back soon.

I got the burrito and it was so so so good!!!!! The refried beans are the best I've had in a while. Def give this place a try!! All the sauces they included were so good as well. I wanna try the ramen next.
