“March 2024: We went here on a Wednesday evening around 5pm. Reservations were made the day of to avoid a wait. Total time in restaurant was one hour and 30 minutes for three of us to eat.Waiter was prompt and each of our orders was correct. “Great little spot for take out style chinese food. We had crab Rangoons that were good not great. The chicken and broccoli was very good. The orange chicke. Was good. The pork egg roll was nice but the shrimp egg roll outshines it in every way. The pineapple chicken fried rice was a nice light addition as well. The egg drop wanton soup hit the spot as well.“
“Food was great. Alex was our server was attentive, but not intrusive. Chopped pork plate, with slaw and baked beans was wonderful. Home made sauces "spicy, and sweet" both good, especially mixed. Our first time here, won't be our last.“
“Stopped here for lunch after visiting Coopers Rock State Park. Staff was very friendly and made a lot of suggestions. French onion soup was delicious! Steak salad was okay, could have had more toppings, but the homemade ranch was delicious.“
“Absolutely the best Mexican food in Morgantown. Not only is the food exceptional (the street tacos, birriaramen, salsa, and elote), but the service is fantastic. The staff at Monarca are always so helpful and friendly every time I come in. Plus, they are incredibly speedy. Tonight I came by for some chips and salsa after a night out and they included a free serving of elote. I am so happy they are a part of our community, and I am so proud every time I get the opportunity to support them.“
