We enjoyed the fabulous museum and then had lunch here.
We got a table outside to enjoy the view of the mountains and the Elk Refuge..
Food was great, starting with the cheese plate and pot sticks.
For mains we had the skirt, the fish and chips, Bison gyro and onion soup...every single one was cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of spice and presentation.... great Bloody Mary, local beer and cocktails.
If you are in the area or visiting the museum you have to check this place and you will not be disappointed.

“I had high hopes for this restaurant, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded.

The atmosphere is drop dead gorgeous, but at the same time accessible, as in you don’t need to be in a suit & tie to eat here.

My husband & I had the:

Waygu Gyoza 🥟 which I seriously could had 10 pieces myself because they were so delectable.

Then for our main dishes we ordered an assortment of sushi rolls, nigiri, and hand rolls. All the fish was fresh & perfectly cut. My favorites were the fatty tuna & huckleberry uni hand roll (sounds funky, but try it).

For the quality you’re getting, the prices are actually very reasonable. I will absolutely be back.”

I have only one complaint: all 4 flavors I ordered were so good that I'm having a hard time choosing what to use as my "staple" espresso. I cannot state how thrilled I am with this company! the coffee is incredible, and the time from placing my order to receiving my coffee was unbelievably fast.”

My food was 100%, I had the soup, halibut (perfectly seared & pairs with local mushies and a beautiful tangy and bold sauce), risotto, & smores dessert. I don’t even know why I bother going anywhere else bc Trios consistent nack at nailing the flavors brings comfort and equal parts delighted to your palette. “I grew up in NYC, I know good pasta. The best pasta dish I have ever eaten is in Jackson, WY, at Yeah Buddy. It is called Pasta Tartufo, served with homemade elk or bison sausage (I order the elk exclusively), it is off the charts good. It is so good that I could eat it every night, I am not kidding. Not only is it off the charts good, the portion size is so big you could eat half, be satisfied, and save the other half for later, but you won't. It is so good that you cannot stop eating it. I live in Jackson and as a Yellowstone and Teton NP tour guide I have recommended this dish to hundreds of people. The feedback is always the same...off the charts. Give it a try if you are in town, you will not be disappointed!!”

After stopping at the crowded cowboy bar (ugh) and grabbing dinner somewhere, we wanted to poke our head in to check this place out while we waited for our Uber. The moment we walked in, we fell in love. While our time was limited, the charming bartender offered us the group shot special: 5 delicious shots for $20. Can't remember what it was; I liked it, my friends had mixed feelings. They also had a Limoncello shot I wish I had a chance to try (much less risky and exciting).

Warm. Friendly. Everyone said "Wow, I wish we'd spent the evening here instead."

Didn't get a chance to try the food. Wish we had. I trust that it would be delicious!

“My husband and I spent 4 nights at the White Buffalo while in Jackson. The suite was amazing and comfortable! My husband used the kitchen to cook omelets every morning and I loved the drawer dishwasher! The staff cleaned and restocked our towels daily! All of the staff were friendly and took care of any needs we had. Room service was fast and delicious! We also ate at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! If I am in the area again I will not hesitate to book here again!”
