“Altitude catered our business event tonight at the Wildcatter, perched atop the iconic War Memorial Stadium. We coordinated the venue through Emma and Andrew, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with, making the entire experience unforgettable. Additionally, our collaboration with Denise and the team at Altitude Chophouse & Brewery was exceptional. They made everything seamless, and their service was top-notch. The food was not only hot and delicious, but there was also more than enough to go around. I highly recommend Denise and her team for any large event – they truly delivered!”

“This place is always delicious!! My dad and I have eaten here twice. He got the pesto Turkey on rye with potato salad both times. I got mushroom on rye with macaroni and cheese the first time. This time I got the hummus sandwich on rye with macaroni and cheese. Both times were delicious and healthy. They always serve a thick good sized sandwich! The first time we ate here our sandwich had a toothpick in them and tortilla chips in the bag which were good and hope they bring those back. I always love the pickles in my bag! This place is a must try for laramigos!!”

“We eat there at least once a week. The fried chicken is very tasty and still moist inside. I have tried several of the menu items over the last couple years, I have never had a bad meal! Bonnie and Dave are great people and work very hard to provide great food and excellent service.”

“I’ve been an employee and tenant of the Laramie Plains Civic Center for 2 years and the addition of Sunshine Coffee has been much needed. Not only does the building now offer food and drink outside of its lone Pepsi machine, but it has tremendously enhanced the atmosphere of the south entrance of the building. When I come into the building now, there are smiling faces gathered and great smells of coffee and food filling the space. It feels much more alive than before. The coffee is great. The food is great. (The cookies are my favorite.) The people are great. A huge addition to our building and greater community. Not to mention, it is Wyoming’s first zero waste coffee shop. This also means that it is a bring your own cup type of place. There is a cup library available if you forget your own, but if you’d like it on the go remember to bring your thermos!”

“I have lived in Cheyenne since 2009, but I don't go to Laramie very often. We were showing some friends from out of town some of the local sights and decided we needed to stop for lunch. We drove by and saw this place and decided to stop.
This Irish Coffee was AWESOME. I ordered the country fried steak which was great. The stuffing was cool and my wife loved her dish. Kids said they all loved it. Service was good. Will go back.”

“Really solid Thai food, large portions, good prices. I’ve been here a couple of times whenever I’m in Laramie and I always look forward to eating here. I’ve had the green curry and the noodle curry in the past as well and they’re both delicious. The glass noodles this time were fantastic too, properly spicy as well.

Worth mentioning that there’s a lunch buffet available too for about $15, but the section is small and the refills at the buffet seemed on the slow side. I’d recommend going earlier if you want the buffet.

“Love love love!! I’ve been many times and lately I’ve been addicted to the maple chai, it is heavenly! I tried a sandwich for the first time today, and oh my gosh, so good! The gluten free bread was surprisingly tasty. One of my go-to spots in Laramie!

“First time in downtown Laramie and was the night before a UW football game. Only place in town that had a wait and we learned why. Did not disappoint.

We ordered local brewery beers, Pad Thai fries appetizer and the Swiss Army Pizza. The Pad Thai fries were Incredible!!!!! We questioned it when we ordered, but OMG, delicious! The pizza kept pace with the fries and had one of the best pizza crusts. Not too doughy with some crisp. Amazing! And the Wyoming brews all paired perfectly.

When in Laramie, recommend Crowbar!!!”

“The mead is wonderful. The atmosphere feels like you’re at a family members’ house with soft music and you’re taking a nap on the couch. So homey feeling and some wonderful people! Highly recommend if you’re a an introvert and get overstimulated easily.”

“Stopped by for breakfast for the first time today. When I asked about the gluten free options the waitress, Sydney, was able to list off what all was gf. She did tell me that they can’t guarantee a gf kitchen which was fine since I don’t have celiac. I got eggs, potato, bacon, and gf toast. Great service, food was great, good price, and came out pretty fast!

“Our visit to this coffee shop did not disappoint. It was peaceful and serene, as people worked and sipped their coffee. They paid no mind to us tourists snapping photos and admiring the Vintage decor.
My Americano was smooth and delicious. This was worth the trip.”

(So you know they aren’t skimpy with serving sizes.) My husband had the Cowpoke Poutine and said it was the best gravy he’s had in a long time. We’re definitely going back. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Visited on a quick trip to Laramie.
Cute little coffee shop with that home town drive. Small and cozy. Great dairy free latte for me just the way I like it, and hubby was happy with dark black coffee. Both piping hot. And great cinnamon roll, too.
They even have a drive through option.
I was surprised to see very few coffee shops in the area. We did drive around a bit before stopping here, based on google reviews. This is the only coffee place we visited, but the others we drove by did. It look appealing. This was aesthetically adorable, and the coffee yummy … best in town from my limited visit to Laramie.

“I did my cultural duty and visited at 2:00am on a Saturday night. The people watching was 10/10, but the potential for interaction with an overconfident, inebriated 22 year old spending their parent’s investment portfolio is high.

The staff are patient and amazing for ensuring every order is put in the hands of the patron who purchased it. The food was great. I’ll be forever grateful for late night food in Laramie.

Vegetarian options: There are few Vegetarian options and most of them are fantastic. The Chilie Relleno Burrito is top notch. If ordering a bean or bean and cheese burrito ask to add pico, lettuce, rice, or any other vegan/vegetarian fare they may have in the kitchen.

Parking: Parking is available within 1-3 blocks on most days.”
