“The best Japanese food. The uni ramen special they had is a new favorite. Matt, the waiter, was really great. Very cheerful and gave us great recommendations. The surrounding area is near a highway overpass so it can get quite loud if you sit outside.“

The presentation definitely shows the care they put into their food! We got two rolls and the chirashi. The fish tasted very fresh and good quality which is hard to find in Sac. The rolls were very good as well, though I can't say they wowed me. Overall, I think the quality of the fish is great but you are paying for it with the prices.“

Nigiri & Sashimi are amazing high-quality fish NOT typically available at most restaurants. No noisy crowds like Mi***y. It is a Homey connected vibe, unlike K*u. If you like mayonnaise on your fish, go somewhere else. Only light, fresh, unique sauces here. I'll be back!“

“Excellent sushi. The sushi chef had 10 years of experience. You will not be disappointed. The floor is a bit sticky when you walk over it and the outside of the sushi display glass could be cleaned. Tried the Phoenix roll and the Crispy Crab roll.“

“I ordered to go on a Friday, so review is solely on the food. I was looking for fish and chips and was surprised to see Fuji's pop up, so I ordered online. I tried calling, but no one answered. It took about 20 minutes after I put in the order before I got a text stating my order was ready. This place is located next to the target on Riverside. Parking is in the neighborhood next to it or across the street as others have stated. The food was good. I thought it was pricey at $21, but you do get a great amount of food. Enough for 2 meals. I got 3 large pieces of fish that was battered in what was similar to what butterfly shrimp are battered in. It isn't your typical wet batter if that is what you are looking for. The fries or "chips" are well seasoned as well. Since I ordered to go, it did get soggy in the to go container and wasn't as crispy as I would like. But still tasted great. I would order again and do want to try eating in restaurant. Well update if I get the chance.“

“A short wait for some yummy sushi! Table for 4 with appetizer and individual rolls from the menu.Portions seemed small for some rolls, large for others (non raw smaller). Excellent variety of food and beautiful setting. Walking distance to anywhere near the Capitol. Recommend the Spicy Tuna roll and Edamame appetizers!“

“These sandwiches are a two hand requirement! Wow! So much flavor and packed with a bunch of goodness. I ordered on-line early for a noon pick-up. It was easy to just walk up to the window and grab my order. The hard part was trying to keep the sandwich together with such soft, moist bread. The miso cookie is a must! Folks working the window were fast and polite. Great experience and would recommend you give it a try.“

“Never been here before, but my daughter comes often, mainly for the veggie bento box. The tempura is very good. I had a bento box (to go) and it was just great. bonus bowl of miso soup, Chicken Teriyaki and Tempura. Perfect for lunch!Parking is not much of a problem - Tower parking lot is just over the road. Restaurant is clean and spacious, staff are perfect.“

“Must get there by 5:00 pm opening time for dinner. Unagi Sushi is good, but always have to tell them to leave the sesame seeds off. Before Covid, I would order their Nabeyaki Udon minus the green onions. After covid, they don’t have Nabeyaki Udon. I like their sesame chicken without the sesame seeds on it.“

“My coworkers and I were so excited that Mikuni opened down the street from our office! It's a great location for all those working near by. We came in during lunch on a weekday and were quickly seated, however the restaurant is much smaller than I expected so I can imagine the waits can get long. The service was fairly quick. Our meal was served within 15 minutes of ordering - which was great for our hour lunch! The tempera green beans were delish and our rolls were tasty too. I haven't been to mikuni in awhile, but I noticed that they revamped their menus and they're much nicer. They also clearly lay out their lunch specials and happy hour offerings. We can't wait to be back for happy hour really soon!“

“It's my favorite sushi restaurant in town. The seafood is fresh, the sushi chef is fun to chat with and the staff attentive. My favorite roll is the Iche, but last night I tried the Bay Scallop and it's become a new favorite. Of course, I've never had anything here I didn't like. You should give it a try, it's deliciousness!“

“Nothing to complain here! We like to come here for a relaxing lunch in the patio on the weekend. Staff are typically friendly and take care of your orders in a reasonable amount of wait time. The food is standard Japanese food and we like it. Have not have an issue so far. They don't raise an issue about our little dog, and offered water most of time, which I really appreciate. Whenever we can we try to tip a little bit more to show our gratitude.“

“I went in just as they were opening. I received a friendly welcome. I ordered Sesame chicken which came with rice and salad. Everything was very tasty. The spot is nicely decorated, clean and designed to make ordering easy. Parking can be a challenge as it is a small strip of businesses. It looks as though most of their business is carry out. I will be going back to try other dishes.“

“Five of us ate and the bill was under $100. Our server forgot to put one of our rolls on the order, but quickly remedied it. The place has a very chill, cool look to it. The sushi was great! My dad got the tempura combo lunch & it was a bunch of food for $15 or $16. All rolls are 50% off, all of the time! We will absolutely be back!“

“All you eat shushi buffet, order abd they’ll make fresh and can also order from the menu as well. Prices vary from lunch to dinner was $27, plus drinks and takeout box was $6 time a tiny box that only fits 8 shushi. Order digitally from the table. This place is always packed, arrive early. Ice cream is one scoop per bowl, so order two for each person. Same with appetizers 2 pieces per order, so order more than one! Not bad for the prices. If you love shushi this is the place for you!“
