“I really wanted a tasty burger. I've arrived. Nice, cozy...I took the burger. And they stuffed so much finely chopped grass into it that it felt like you weren’t eating meat, but had become a vegan...The chicken is delicious, the sauce is just greatFrench fries are very, very goodOverall a good place, but the burger was disappointing“

“Principe was a great experience. We were welcomed warmly, and seated at a great table downstairs. The server took drink and appetizer orders quickly while we scanned the menu. We had a party of 6 so we shared - tuna crudo, scallops, then salads and finally mains. The chicken was the overall favorite, but the branzino and duck were also fantastic! Then dessert -- decadent and delicious.“

“Fantastic atmosphere, some of the best katsu curry I've ever had, and the service was super friendly. My only feedback would be to have more ambient music to match the vibe of the restaurant, rather than their current playlist.I will definitely be back!“

“This continues to be the most authentic tasting Egyptian street food restaurant I have ever eaten at. Nowhere outside of Egypt have I tasted the authentic flavor of true tameya made with the proper ingredients. When I had the first bite of my first sandwich from here in May of 2022, I instantly cried happy tears of nostalgia for the memories and flavors of my childhood from growing up in Cairo for most of my formative years. I recently had their koshari and it was also truly fantastic and delicious. Additionally, I have not been anywhere else in the city where they have authentic baladi bread cooked like the way it is made in Egypt. My girlfriend’s parents, who had never tried Egyptian food previously, were also pleased with the food. Thank you Zooba for giving me a little slice of home. Five stars.“

“The Meetball Shop in Hell's Kitchen, New York offers a wonderful dining experience for the entire family. This cozy restaurant, with its warm and inviting atmosphere, makes every visit special. The heart of the menu is of course the meatballs, which are offered in diverse and creative variations - from classic Italian to daring new combinations. The portions are generous and perfect for hungry children and adults. The restaurant's child-friendliness is particularly emphasized by the patient and attentive staff, who ensure that even the little guests are satisfied. “Great service and good food. Initially I was told I could only order food to go because someone was having a private party and they were prepping but then the man behind the counter walked me through the menu. He then suggested I have a seat and could eat in if I wanted. I chose to dine in and the food was fabulous. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They did not have the cheddar jalapeño biscuit I asked for but they added extra cheese to my sandwich to compensate. The biscuit was crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be coming back to try the chicken biscuit and all the different compound butters.“

“Cash only! Pretty authentic taste. I got the tea leaf salad and the noodle. The tea leaf salad was delish. The chicken noodle however was just mediocre. The flavor was there but the noodles were too soppy and soft for my liking It's a very small quiet store.“

“Classic New York burger spot cooking up one of the best in the city.Started with the cottage potatoes which were good, but got a cup of the chili which was great. Tons of flavor and seasoning; definitely try it.The burger was big and juice; the best part was the char on the bottom that brought out an extra level of flavor and texture.Must stop on any NY food bucket list“

“I order from here sometimes. This restaurant has the most amazing food! The khinkali is so juicy and flavorful. I would also highly recommend the Chashushuli where the beef is super soft, flavorful, and very filling. The food is amazing, if you are reading the reviews to see if its worth ordering from here, this is a sign that it is!“

“Loved this hidden gem! We stumbled upon this once when we were craving authentic Italian, which seems to be rare in Manhattan nowadays. Chef and his wife are so nice and comes around to your table to make sure you’re taken care of. Great cozy atmosphere, definitely a must try. Lasagna and bolognese were so good. Great selection of wine too.“

“The food here is insanely good and strongly recommend coming here!! I’ve been living in NY for 7 years, work in the neighborhood and my family is Greek/Turkish so I know good Mediterranean food. The waiters were very accommodating to our party which had diary and gluten allergies. The food is well flavored, incredibly fresh, cocktails tasted (love the espresso Martini with Turkish Coffee, Bodrum cocktail and Mastika cocktail).I would recommend getting the manti (dumpling), mixed grill, the fried liver, every dip (especially the eggplant ones), Sheppard salad, and arugula salad.Dietary restrictions: The waiters were very helpful in accommodating the gluten and dairy allergies of our party. There was a vast selection to choose from and they have a separate fryer for non-gluten dishes to ensure no cross contamination.“

“An Unforgettable Memorial Day Dinner at Katsuya NYC I recently had the pleasure of dining at Katsuya NYC over Memorial Day weekend, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt the inviting atmosphere. The modern decor with a touch of traditional Japanese elegance set the perfect mood for the evening. We started our meal with the crispy rice with spicy tuna, which was an explosion of flavors and textures. The tuna was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the crispy rice added a delightful crunch. Next, we had the miso black cod, which was cooked to perfection. The fish was tender and flaky, with a rich and savory miso glaze that left us wanting more. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the omakase sushi platter. Each piece of sushi was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to quality. The fish melted in our mouths, and the presentation was beautiful. We also tried the Wagyu beef sliders, which were juicy and flavorful, a great twist on a classic dish. The cocktails were equally impressive. The Katsuya Fresh was a refreshing blend of cucumber and vodka, perfect for a warm evening, while the Lychee Martini offered a sweet and sophisticated finish to our meal. The service was impeccable throughout the night. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the staff managed to make us feel special and well taken care of. Overall, Katsuya NYC exceeded all our expectations and made our Memorial Day dinner truly memorable. We can't wait to return and explore more of their exquisite menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in the city!“

“We started with Edimame & Crab Rangoon Appetizers. My daughter had a "delicious Moso Soup". Our entrees included: ManhTtan Roll, Genki Roll, Two Roll Combo and Beef Fried Rice (see pics). We had beer (Adahi) and wine to drink. And closed out with a Mochi Ice Cream dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and very polite. The restaurant was very clean and had nice lighting, music and decor. It appears that these folks do A TON of take out business by tge way. Anyway, they checked all the boxes, food was great and proces were reasonable ($145 for 4 people w/appetizers, drinks, and a shared dessert). Would definitely recommend!“

“Tyler, the general manager, runs a tight ship and truly cares about giving her customers the best overall experience. Tomasz, our server, is so kind, pleasant and professional, but more importantly respectful of our various dietary restrictions which were precisely executed. Tuna tartare is a must (soy on the side for us) and our favorite sides of hen of the woods mushrooms and Brussels sprouts (sans bacon). Food does not disappoint, drinks are amazing, management and staff attentive and grateful to their patrons, as it should be in every restaurant.“

“I had lunch at this Asian bowl spot. The decor is nice and simple, modern looking. The counter is well layed out with each step explained. There are a lot of options from salad bowls, to rice bowls, and noodle bowls. There's also a good variety of base sauce options. I ordered the flat noodles with tomato egg sauce. I also got the chili oil as a garnish which added some kick to the dish. The service was fast and great, prices were reasonable. Food tasted good overall.“

“We dined in a couple days ago, and it was excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated with fresh flowers, chandeliers, and paintings. Moreover, the variety is great, and the food is delicious but a bit salty. The food is marked-up by $2-4 if you choose to dine-in and there is an additional fee to pay by card. However, they seem to make up for the cost by providing more sides and bread. Plus, the portions were large and still well priced for the amount.Overall, I would go back, but I would do take-out instead.“

“Visited Momoya and was immediately taken by the lively ambiance and quick service. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were seated within a brief 15-minute wait. We started with the Eel Avocado Roll and the Chef's Special Sashimi. I also decided to try their soufflé pancakes and sushi/sashimi combos I loved how diverse the menu was ranging from matcha to pancakes to sushi! I recommend ordering the sushi tho and the matcha dish.“

“Deliriously delicious shop in the East Village! The sandwich rolls were the best I've tasted in NYC and perfectly toasted. My love and I enjoyed The Hog, a vermicelli and meat salad with the best fish sauce, and a lamb taco. I especially was impressed with the cleanliness and food handling. Go to "about us" to read the interesting story of the two friends/owners who we were so fortunate too meet at Wheelers in Sheepshead Bay.“

“My husband took me here for my birthday, initially, I wasn't happy at all because I wanted something sinful for dessert, and Thai restaurants aren't really known for this, but WOW! The food made up for that. I ended up with two main courses because I couldn't decide ?one being the crab fried rice YUM.My only complaint is the entry area being so small there's no place to wait especially if it is bad weather outside( it was pouring) and beware if you are a first-time customer you cannot sit at the bar while you wait to be seated, if you do you will be asked to move, and not very politely either? I will still go again and recommend this spot for Delicious food“
