If I were asked what my last meal on earth would be I might say this however you have to make sure you get garlic sauce, hummas, tzakiki, and hot sauce on it. “Accidentally stumbled across this little eatery after dropping off 2 teenagers at the Park. Had no idea what to pick and asked the gentleman for suggestion. He smiled back and asked me what meat I prefer. It’s a good warm chicken wrap with a generous amount of veggies of my choice, and I picked 2 Chilli for the sauce as I needed the kick after the long drive. That was a really good wrap at just $9.99, and I felt so young as I was surrounded by happy teenagers. The place is not spotless clean as it’s after all a self-serve quick come and go restaurant. The gentleman taking my order is polite to everyone, and that really matters a lot to me. Will definitely come again!“

The joojeh (chicken) skewers are perfectly seasoned and delish! The basmati rice and soup are great too. “I have been to Aladdin Shawarma House a couple of times. A Yelp experience brought me here the first time. I got the house-made rice pudding to go and loved it. I returned last night to get another one because I have been dreaming about it since my first visit! Both times, I dropped by in the evening. The first time was around 6 pm on a Thursday. The second was after 8 pm on a Wednesday. This eatery is in a plaza that does steady business. Both times, I was able of spot several available parking spots. I parked and headed over to Aladdin's main entrance. I sampled the following during my first visit: - Aladdin's mega sandwich - Blood orange Brio It does take a bit of time for your sandwich to be made. I ended up finding a table with comfy seating. I took off my jacket and headed back to the counter to check out the shawarma, fresh veggies and toppings, and more. It didn't take long for my sandwich filling to be made on the grilled, and my sandwich assembled and pressed. He placed my wrapped sandwich and drink on a tray. I thanked him and sat down to eat. This mega sandwich had chicken shawarma and merguez (French sausages). This sandwich had in-house bread with the proteins stuffed in it. It also had sautéed onions, olives, house tomato sauce, and lettuce. I am not a fan of olives. Had I known, I would have asked that they be held. Luckily, removing them wasn't taxing, partly because they were all grouped together. It was also partly because I have a ton of experience picking them off pizza and out of subs over the years, thanks to my dad loving olives on everything. I enjoyed this sandwich. The chicken shawarma was yummy. However, the tzatziki and tomato sauces, along with the moisture from the sausages and veggies in my sandwich made the thin in-house bread soggy. It was messy eating this sandwich, but the flavours were so good that I enjoyed the experience. I'm thinking that a thicker bread or even a baguette would have worked better. The sausages were yummy. They tasted homemade. There's a Marrakesh sandwich that features these sausages. I may need to have that next time. Heck, I'd eat these sausages on their own. I chose a blood orange Brio. I am normally not a sugary drink person, but I felt like a bottled fruity drink was merited. It worked out nicely with my mega sandwich. It didn't taste as sugary as I had feared. It was delightfully cold and yummy. This place has The Cheesecake Factory slices. I saw this eatery's house-made rice pudding and got that instead. It was so good. The top was broiled a bit. It had a hint of sweetness. It was creamy and comforting. It is awesome and one of my favourite rice puddings that I have ever had, which prompted me to return for more. This place makes a consistently yummy rice pudding. I highly recommend it! I used the washroom before I left during my first visit at Aladdin. It's a single stall for customers. It was clean. This place accepts debit and credit cards. Staff were super nice and hospitable during both visits. It's a cool eatery in Vaughan. It seems to be more of a dessert stop for me now, but I hope to return and try that Marrakesh sandwich. I have also been thinking about it for a bit. (147)“

“I first came to this place more than 15 years ago and it was amazing..a hidden gem.., then it changed owners and they tried to make it more "upscale" but it was just more expensive and quality of the food dropped..it was still "ok" for a change once in a while.. . I have not visited Belle for years now as I moved out of Toronto and then the pandemic and yesterday while in Toronto we decided to order take out .....very very disappointed The prices don't match the quality of the food and when we picked up we just saw a bunch of teens playing videogames not really customer oriented. We had to wait longer for the order and the food was cold. The Lula kebab was burnt, the home fries (that was the signature master piece) were dried up, the chicken was tasteless... Poor quality, poor customer service and expensive. Will not come back or recommend again“

We had a parent bring us food from here before and it was delicious.We ordered kabob, chicken tikka, rice, salad and Iraqi bread. My goodness it was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed and there was not a grain of rice left. I placed the order with Peter and he was so pleasant and helpful. Also spoke with his uncle and he was just as nice. The samosa filling was a bit bland & underwhelming when compared to the flavorful Indian samosas, but the dough was crispy, and eating it with the mahamri's airy, slightly sweet dough made it quite interesting.Xawaash rice bowl with beef suqaar, hummus, mbogga, salad, and ful mudammas + garlic, tahini & mild hot sauces - 3.7/5. Fun & nicely seasoned.Date cake with caramel - 4.5/5. A toffee pudding. Moist and not overly sweet. This long standing Thornhill icon continued to churn out some of the best Middle Eastern charbroiled grilled meat skewers in town. A particularly scarce offering and favorite of mine is their cooked-to-order Lamb Shish Kebab, using Grass fed Ontario Lamb ( more delicate, sweet and less gamey than their New Zealand cousins ).Today, braving a late Spring snow storm, my son and I decided to go for a ‘ Grilled Lamb Feast ‘ luncheon. Before the arrival of the main event, we started off with a hot Falafel and Pita appetizer platter. Piping hot, light, airy, well seasoned and crispy, the most enjoyable aspect of this Falafel rendition was their surprisingly moist interior! A real delight to eat with both Tzatziki and Tahini dips.Our Shish Kebab Skewers of well charred, succulent, juicy and tender lamb morsels were masterfully cooked - rare as ordered. A touch of salt to elevate the overall taste profile and carnivores like myself was instantly propelled to ‘ Meat Heaven ‘!Service was most friendly and attentive.A most enjoyable, pleasurable and value-for-money meal, well worth the drive through inclement weather for!“

“Best fish and chips in Vaughan and as authentic as you can get in London, UK. The portions are generous and well priced at $22.99 (via UberEats) for 12oz Haddock, small chips, coleslaw, lemon twist, and fresh tartar sauce. The Haddock batter was thin and crispy, and fish was moist and tender. The chips aren’t crispy or seasoned, but they’re not supposed to be as is the case in England. Although chips are usually more lightly cooked, I prefer browned chips for more colour and flavour. The fish has all the crisp you need and it pairs well with soft chips. The vinegar based coleslaw was thinly sliced and adds great freshness. I appreciate the fresh lemon included, and malted vinegar and ketchup packets on the side. The fresh tartar sauce was great. It’s not too tangy, and I prefer that so you can add as much or little lemon/vinegar to taste.My only small criticism is maybe add more seasoning (salt) to the fish and/or fish batter. The fish and chips were a bit oily, and although I’d prefer it less oily, I know that’s a challenge without losing the crisp texture - it didn’t bother me much. Maybe a slightly higher temp and shorter cook time? However, the oil was fresh and no bitter taste (that comes in old or unfiltered oil) - I greatly appreciate that. You have to level set expectations when it comes to oil - you’re getting fish and chips, and not a salad.Overall, it was delicious and I highly recommend to anyone looking for great fish and chips, and definitely best in Vaughan (after having tried many). I called the store to let them know on a job well done. I had to give due respect and appreciation. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was much too hungry. Bottom line, get the Haddock.Vegetarian options: They also serve Middle Eastern food like falafel.“
