“Thank you all for accommodating our party of 18 very last minute… These guys are great. Literally called from Logan’s and asked if they’d accommodate our party due to poor service at Logan’s. They said yes come on. We walked across the parking lot walked in stood for less than 5 mins and they had us set up and ready to go. Food was fantastic… All the staff were so friendly.. Our waitress was exceptional. She handled our big crowd perfectly.. Highly recommend trying the fresh guacamole 🤩. If you want good food and good service definitely try them out…”

“We were just in town staying for my father-in-law to have open heart surgery! We stopped in to have lunch and this was the best most authentic Mexican food we have had and we eat a lot of Mexican food! The restaurant was clean. The service was outstanding.”

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

I went to your store on 7/31/20 and this man went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, courteous, and willing to make everyone feel welcomed. He is very well spoken and super polite. “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.”

“I never caught his name but the employee working tonight (April 3rd,2024) at around 8:00 was the most respectful person ever. He was so nice, unbothered that we interrupted his cleaning up, remained friendly the entire time, and he didn’t mess our orders up. If the GM or owner sees this, please give this man a raise.”

“I called prior to heading to the location . I was told order would be ready in 10 minutes . I headed over to pick up my order due to me being more than 20 minutes away . I get there and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order . I had to ask for Ranch and Celery that is supposed to come with it . Had to wait for them to get some ready . Mind you my order was placed on Wednesday. I requested all of this with my order. They gotta do better with this . I don’t like the fact that your advertised price is $39.99 then you add 8.51 for getting traditional chicken wings . Nowhere does it say there will be an up charge for ordering traditional wings . $53. 35 was my total .”

“I was running late, and called in an order. The doughnuts were fresh and rich. My supervisor now says if you’re going to be late we gotta bring doughnuts 😅 glad we live close by. The ladies there are very sweet 🥰but take cash only also a good stop for coffee”
