“The food and people are awesome! I just wish they hired at least one more person to speed up service. Someone dedicated to handle all of the drink orders. Took about 15 minutes just to place my order (although it was busy). But the food is first rate and I will be going there again!“
“Always a good experience. Food is excellent and the staff is ?. Love this place so much. Definitely try to get by several times a month for a burger or their boneless wings (not on the menu all the time but just ask). I had one of the best burgers I've ever had there a few weeks ago and I still think about it.“
“Downtown Chief is one of my favorite places to eat in Gadsden. They have wonderful vegetables with real flavor! I am not a big meat eater but my husband does enjoy their chicken fingers, he has commented that it is hit and miss with getting good ones...I think there's usually such a crowd that the fingers get forgotten on occasion and instead of tossing them they serve them up burned and tough. If you're lucky enough to get the ones that are cooked like they're supposed to be cooked, you're in for a wonderful treat!This is a place where they can improve ?The one other thing I've noticed is they use instant potatoes and it's obvious! I never eat anything like that at home and I don't expect to get it at a restaurant, step up guys! You're better than that!!! Everything else is so excellent it's almost embarrassing that you're serving that boxed cheese potato casserole and mashed potatoes!Your black pepper cabbage is the bomb! Reminds me of my grandmother's back in Ohio, the little bacon and hot pepper in the background is just heavenly. Polish food yummy ?.I don't know where your recipes come from but keep up the good work and fill the spaces that need improvement, you guys can be the best in town with a little work on a few tiny things!“
“Such a great time with my boys last night enjoying all these amazing dishes. Once upon a time in Mexico grenade is one of my absolute faves! The dragon honey wings were quickly devoured by my son...had him wishing he had ordered more. The sampler- they were out of the egg rolls but allowed a substitution of more cheese curds that were sooooo good. Lloyd behind the bar served up some great drinks! Highly recommend everyone trying the food and drinks from Atomic Johnny's. You always feel so welcomed there!“
“My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I will not return there as long as he is there,there is no excuse for his actions. I worked in the food service for over 20 years and this kind of treatment is unexceptable. I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.“
“The food was wonderful very large portions and it was very good the service on the other hand kind of questionable. Not very helpful for a first-time customer. Also the girl behind the counter was begging my stuff to go when she could see that I was obviously riding a motorcycle. I did eat my food there. After sitting there eating my food I realized they are more geared for to-go orders.“
