The truth is not everybody is able to execute the art of baking. I know the hard work it takes due to my mom being a baker and chef. “Wonderful local bakery with multiple Birmingham area locations. They also serve breakfast and lunch, but their wide selection of bake goods is the primary focus. One of my favorite items is their thumbprint cookies.The breakfast and lunch menu are limited, but the items are fresh and done well. The standard two-egg breakfast is what you would expect and pretty good. For lunch I like the chicken salads.I have been here several times and have always been satisfied with food and service.“
“I have been coming to Cindy's for decades and still love coming back to this day. Cindy's is located on the second floor of the Riverchase Galleria, on the wing with Macys. I stopped by Cindy's shortly after 10 am on a weekday and walked right up to the counter, but it's not uncommon to see a line of customers at the counter. My favorite item on the menu are the cinnamon sticks, which come in a pack of 3 with an icing cup for around $5 each. The cinnamon sticks are essentially a large cinnamon roll rolled out into a stick format, usually served warm and you can dip the cinnamon stick into the icing cup. They're truly outstanding and I highly recommend picking some up if you're in the Hoover area!“
“Truly the greatest cake that’s ever existed. When your best friend is a wedding planner, you get to taste a lot of cake. NOTHING compares to Daughter’s Wedding Cake. Truly, no cake comes close. The Gluten Free Chocolate cups are worth the drive to get in person. I could never love another cake more. Staff is also so sweet, always.“

“I needed something last minute for a coworker’s birthday. I was undecided about what to pick because it would be shared with a group of people. I called the store to get some quick clarification and to ask about delivery and had a conversation with a wonderful associate. She was kind, funny, and informative. I was all set and placed my order for “bundlets with birthday hats” for delivery thinking I would be there when the cakes arrived with my own Birthday Card to go with the cakes, but I got delayed! I called last minute the next morning to see if they could add a personalized card to my order and talked to another associate who kindly took the information and made sure it was with the delivery. They were a hit!
