“BBQ sandwiches were really good. Next time I’ll know to ask for extra pickles, since they each only had 1. They were still very tasty, however. My husband was disappointed with the “jumbo” swiss burger. It used to be his favorite but he swears it’s smaller now. (It very well may be the same size it’s always been, as he does tend to be dramatic, but he’s mine and I love him.) I also ordered a BLT (delicious!) and an order of both types of fries and they were great. The BLT had plenty of B, could have used more L, and ample T. (Mayo was on point but it isn’t called a BLTM, so….) Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely start eating there more often, again. The staff was wonderful, and the prices aren’t bad, either.Vegetarian options: They have “vegetables”, as in sides, and also salad, but it’s a BBQ joint so….Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are available for ages 10&up.”

“The best Baklava of my life! If you think the annual Greek food festival has the best Baklava in town, you haven't tried this place. The owner is super friendly and hilarious and will sometimes come out for a quick chat when business is slow. We will definitely be back.”

“Lovely family-owned and operated coffee and smoothie bar. Definitely take a few and stop in to see Tony and Cassandra for the best cup of joe around or fruit-full blended smoothie! Their Ethiopian blend was so delicious, I couldn't leave without taking a couple other options from the smoothie menu. And no surprise- they were all delectable! Named after the beautiful daughters of Tony D, 7 Angels is a hometown shop worthy of the name, as their spirits shine brightly and happily there. Will definitely be visiting again, and I highly suggest you do the same.”

“We made a quick pitstop at this local coffee and sandwich shop. It's a cute converted shopping container with a wide array of sandwiches, coffees, snow cones and more! They even had dairy free milk options for your coffee. They were super friendly with a large parking lot shared by a grocery store. They had a small patio and games for kids.Great pit stop one mile from a local dog park too!”

“I was on my way to be a guest on the Blerd Survival Guide podcast and I had a little time to kill so I popped up over to The Electric after being told many times to try it. So what are the odds that this place was only 3 minutes from my destination! Anyways I popped in and checked out the inside and it was a very cool, comfortable, and hype like establishment. I put my order in online and didn't go in until it was the said time they gave me on the order. When I went in my food wasn't ready and so I had to wait probably another 30 minutes. Staff was working hard though so I wasn't stressing about it to hard. Staff was nice and offered me water while I waited. I finally get my food head back to the car and proceeded to unbox everything. I gotta admit that visually the food looked very good. First up I had the Classic which is a Flatbread that consists of pepperoni, conecuh sausage, mozzarella, provolone cheese, and basil. This ended up being very good. Nothing crazy to wow about but it definitely got the job done. Flavors were decently balanced I think my only grip with this is the pizza sauce could use a bit more work. I still would other this again anyways so don't let that stop you. 7.5/10 Lastly I got The Ballpark which consisted of country sausage, chili, cheddar cheese, yellow mustard, scallions, and hugged tight in a toasted bun. This was probably my favorite thing. The chili was so hot and tasted as if it was homemade. If it's not homemade I want to known where they buy it because it was pretty darn good. I'd eat it on its own! The sausage was very flavorful as well. The only issue with this was the bun it's definitely well toasted it was way to hard for me and shredded the roof of my mouth I would personally change the bun to something else but that'd just me. Either way this bad boy is a will order again and I give it a 8.5/10. Definitely go try this place when you get the chance it was really good and I hope I can come back soon!”

“The food here is so amazing! The New Orleans-based decorations and music blasting make it feel familiar inside the building. The staff was extremely nice and patient, answering our questions and making small talk. They're extremely sustainable by using reusable silverware and dishes. However, the tables are close to each other, which adds to the homey/familiar vibe, but it doesn't help with preventing COVID-19. Though, they do offer take-out as a counter! The area is really small with limited parking but the experience there left a big impression.”

“If I were ever to move from Birmingham, this place would be the one place I would miss the most. It is the perfect "local spot." Incredible sandwiches. My favorite lunch spot in Bluff Park. I highly recommend the beef and cheddar or the Mr. P's favorite. I don't forget the Mr. P's sauce. Dip whatever sandwich you get in it and thank me later. It's got a hole in the wall kind of feel that I really love. It's also a fantastic butcher shop.”

The workers are so friendly and have a board of photos of customers who came to their last building, my family and I are on it because my family has been going even before I was born.
