I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)

No one ever gets our order right half the time. I order the same thing, and it is never right. I get the #5 x2- 2 extra 10 pieces - fries come with the meal - and drinks come with the meal, and we never ever get our fries, or we get the fries and only 1 #5. It is really not that hard to do. The workers are going to have to start checking the screen and bags to make sure customers get what they pay for. 30$ for 2- 10 pieces and 2 drinks. The food was great I had to wait a little bit on just some chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger but other than that the attendant at window number one was very attentive and informative.Kid-friendliness: I would say this place used to be very kid friendly but seeing as they're taking out all the play equipment and making them Cafe style the kids still like the food but they have no option to play.
