Stopped in for Dinner Sunday Night! Had a lazy, rude person working the register! Food was not up to pair either! We won't be stopping at this location again.
Tonight I waited in drive thru over 45 mins! The restaurant was out if almost all sides! My food was mostly raw when tore open the fish! Shrimp was raw and full of grease! This is the 3rd time this has happened! I called the store to complain and no one attempted to answer the phone! I also order 3 strawberry cheesecake, got to the window and the cashier told me they only had 2 left, no toppings and I will not be back!
The Customer Service...it was horrible!!
I went through drive thru today 7/24 @ 1:20p and there was no Hi, how are you? or Bye, see you later. No Thank you after the transfer of money/food. Just working like robots and serving Human Beings...I actually said You're Welcome before Driving off and the drive thru lady just nodded her head, LOL! She never responded to my request for condiments and when asked if it was in the bag, only nodded.. only to pull off, get home and I received...read full review
