“The food was 3/5 especially for the prices. There atmosphere was ok but again for the price I wasn't especially blown away. The real saving grace was our server Charlie! He was kind, efficient and attentive. If I ever go bank it'll be because of Charlie.“

“What a great find! We live in Phoenix, but love to come out this way for hiking and Goldfield. We stopped in last Friday for lunch after a hike and it was the prefect spot. Great service, good ambiance, kid-friendly, and a super fun menu, including boozy brunch drinks. But the standout, and the reason I can't stop thinking about getting back there, is the Brunch Torta. “Love love love their handmade tortillas! Their flavored tortillas are so incredibly good. So far my favorites are the sundried tomato and the cacio y pepe.Their whole wheat flour made with lard are a great breakfast warmed with butter and cinnamon or mashed avocado. Sometimes I used peanut butter and sliced fruit.The blue corn make really good base for my Chicken Enchilada casserole.Look for them on Thursdays at their shop in Apache Junction or at the Gilbert Farmer's Market.“

“Usually amazing but missed the mark yesterday. Ordered 2 carne asada tacos and 1 quesabirria. They asked if i wanted cilantro and onions and I told yes. I wanted to make sure i got the broth for the quesabirria taco and I was told it was $2 extra, hmmm seems lije it shoukd cone with it but oh well wanted to try it. Got the broth but no cilantro or onions on tacos. Didnt check before I left, disappointed when I got them home and saw that. Tasted good though. Next time I will check order before I leave.“

“The restaurant is very clean and wonderfully decorated. The wait staff Sam and Brook were very attentive. The food was excellent. I had the seafood enchiladas. I also recommend Carne Asada dish. You can order the meat cooked to your desired doneness.“

“I grew up and graduated out in San Tan Valley, and this was my first job as a waitress when I was 16 years old- almost 15 years ago! I find myself every so often looking up Morenos to see if there are any new locations closer to the West Valley since I’ve moved way further out towards Surprise now…. Reason being is that I crave and still can taste the deliciousness from my time working with them back then and it is THE BEST hands down!! There is so many great choices it would definitely be hard to get all your cravings out of this place in one sitting! The crispy tacos are so good, the bean dip that comes with the chips is amazing and not like anything I’ve tasted as far as the perfect consistency goes. The Sonoran hot dog is unique and very tasty a must try for sure! My absolute favorite was the chicken fajita burrito - so juicy and creamy- my mouth is watering now! I also loved their mini chimis; which was really good with every possible sauce you could put with it. Their sour cream, their guacamole, and don’t get me started on their cream cheese dip! Soooo yummy!! They have huge Super Nachos with all the fixings and I also recommend trying their spinach cheese sauce on anything and everything because it goes great on anything and everything!! I love this restaurant so much; besides the food being able to speak for itself- the restaurant is small and intimate here. There is a very welcoming vibe and ambience and if you have the pleasure of being served you will never forget the wonderful service you receive from long tenured employees like Myrna, or even the owners themselves like Martina and her husband or even their daughters at times!10/10 recommend!
