“Met with family on a busier day. They did a great job attending to us upon arrival. Everything tasted great. Only two downsides was refills taking forever to be filled and the chips and guacamole appetizer only came with like 18-24 chips. After scooping large amounts of guacamole onto the tiny chips at the end as to not waste any we were offered more chips (like 10 more brought out after like a 5-7 min wait) and by then the guacamole was almost gone.Good location compared to our last experience at a different location. Likely would return here.“

“It was so cold in there. AC was definitely on and it was cool outside. They wouldn't do anything about it so we had to eat in our jackets. Food was good but for some reason my chicken salad was billed out as salad and they added chicken so came out more. Caught that too late.“

We got a lot of food and I personally thought it was just the weak spot for the experience in general. “The food is pretty good. The service is what you would expect and the atmosphere is a step above fast food but it's still a chain restaurant so nothing really makes it special or separates it from any other corporate owned chain restaurant. I will say at least they managed to cook my steak more or less the way I ordered it but they did only give me one of my 2 ordered sides with it which seems to be a common thing. But the servers were friendly and polite so overall I can't complain about the visit. I will go back for the occasional family birthday or anniversary.“

“Big bucks for a nice time. I am retired to Arizona and did business with CALLAWAY GOLF for over 30 years. Callaway sent me a Top-Golf gift certificate. Top-Golf charges what I call vacation or resort prices, but offers resort type service. Impossible to get a dining seat during football season or when a professional sports teams are in playoffs. If you ask bar tenders they will change sports team channels on big screen for you. Food is excellent. Drinks are generous and good. Great place for small business meetings (golf is a bonus) or business lunch. Plenty of parking. Vegetarian food for those on restricted diets. I have spoken with others who had business gatherings at Top-Golf and everyone had a good time, but the office entertainment budget was gone.Vegetarian options: Great food if your a duck.Dietary restrictions: Kitchen will modify their food choices if you ask.Parking: Many parking lots in Arizona have narrow, unpleasant parking spaces to meet city parking codes.Kid-friendliness: Nice place if you like to bring your kids and have allot of money.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. I will say, we had a little issue with ordering food through the app and had to go find someone to ask why it was taking so long? BUT, Austin really went above and beyond to make it right. “Except for the prime rib being a little dry and hard to cut everything else was fantastic, the beer on tap was extremely good and very refreshing the salad and sides were very tasty but the desert was an absolute delight! Our waitress was very on point and knowledgeable and also very hospitable.“

“I’ve always loved HQ. Food is amazing, service is good, vibes are good. I haven’t been here in a while and I have a child now. I brought him with me tonight and they only have 2 high chairs in the whole place and all were being used. That’s fine no worries we kept him in his strollers. They brought me one when one became available and I was grateful but couldn’t use it because the straps were broken. That’s not safe to put my moving child in. Everything is always great but you really should get new and more high chairs for children!“
