“This chain has seemed like it has been on a decline for many years. I just moved to this new neighborhood that is within a half a mile of this KFC location in June. my faith is restored that you can still get decent chicken and decent service with KFC at least if you visit this location. Like almost all fast food restaurants, they are usually short on staff, but they still do manage to serve you promptly at the drive-through. The great news is we have stopped at this location at least four times over the past few months and every time the chicken has been fresh and good just the way you used to expect it to be when you stopped at KFC. The only issues I had is on one occasion we did not get the correct chicken as it was supposed to be extra crispy, and on one other occasion, they were extremely short staffed, and it took longer to use the drive-through line than it should have. With that being said, I still recommend stopping and trying this KFC if you haven’t given a try in sometime. Cheers to the management here!“

From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and helped me navigate the menu, explaining the different heat levels and offering suggestions. I went with the classic 2-piece Twist Hot Tenders with a side of their **legendary Loaded Nashville Hot Fries**, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!The tenders were perfectly cooked, juicy and crispy, and the Nashville Hot seasoning was **phenomenal**. Just the right amount of heat to get your taste buds tingling without being overwhelming, with a tangy, savory flavor that kept me coming back for more. But the real star of the show was the **Loaded Nashville Hot Fries**. These weren't your average fries – they were piled high with chicken tenders, fries, and a drizzle of that addictive creamy Nashville Hot sauce. Each bite was a delicious balance of textures and flavors, and the portion was generous enough to share (although I selfishly kept them all to myself!).What truly elevates Twisted Chicken above the rest is the **outstanding service**. “What a wonderful experience! This place has great food and a great Vibe. Me and my wife stumbled across here and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends about this diamond in the rough . We had the chicken and waffles and our server Lenard was very attentive and gave great service . “Service is always exceptional at this location. Restaurant is usually clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food is hot and delicious. My little one loves the play area.Kid-friendliness: Play area is usually occupied but not too crowded. Nice and clean every time we've visited.“

“This location is good with being attentive to the customers but there has been multiple occurrences of the staff not caring about the customer or their order. There have been times when they have nearly dropped my food while walking it out to my car because they wanted to go back inside, gave judgmental looks as I drive away, and the drive thru takes much longer than other locations. They deliver the food to cars behind the one at the window making the rest of us having to wait until finishing their order before we can leave. The line to get to the drive thru is a little confusing as well but the markings and signs on where to go has been improved. The food is typically almost always good since Chick-fil-A in general is good but there have been times where the fries were undercooked or burnt. If this location is near you, it is good with satisfying cravings but I would go to a different location if given the option toParking: The parking lot directly in front of the entrance is limited and difficult to get to if there is a long drive thru line since it can block the entrance and exit of the parking lot. There are other spots a little further away but still limited.“

“Always great chicken. When I came in the restaurant there was nobody at the register and it took about a minute before anyone noticed me and came to take my order. The food came out incredibly fast (I was still getting ketchup and utensils when it came out)The music was really loud (borderline uncomfortable) in the dining room; I can only presume someone complained because the volume was turned down to a more reasonable level“

“04/08/2024 5 of us went to Raising Cane for the 1st time. There lots of parking and the location wasn’t that busy. We were there around. 2:30. The ordering was quick and the menu is not that large. The orders were ready quit quickly and all the good was hot.Now the chicken fingers were very good and we all thought that they were by far the best chicken fingers we have had. The fries were good and the bread with the order was a nice touch. One person order the larger meal and his included coleslaw. It was very good.The washrooms were very clean which for me is important.All in all a very good place to dine.Thanks ????Parking: As the restaurant wasn’t that busy neither was the parking lot.Personally if the parking lot was busy I suspect the dine in at the restaurant would be very busy.Kid-friendliness: The location is child friendly and well layed out.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access with no high curbs to navigate.“

“Food is good. Never sit down and eat there it’s either drive thru or DoorDash. Mainly door dash. I ordered what many would think was too many salsas(side) . No fee for the amount I requested and were given to me! I drench my food in salsa green and red combined and I got them all!“
