“I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.“

“YUM! I ordered the street tacos and they were very good. Pastor and chicken. Nice flavor and tasted fresh. If you like spice, their red salsa is bomb.

The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that I feel like the street tacos are a little pricey even on taco Tuesday . I believe they are 2.20 on Tuesday and 2.89 regular price. They will fit in the palm of your hand.

My partner and I have been going out of our way to try every taco joint in the area since we just moved in this year and we're too far from our old favorite taco restaurant in Awahtukee. This was one of the last restaurants we had left to try since the hours are tricky with our work schedule. Easily the best tacos in the Mesa/Gilbert/Tempe area by far and worth the wait. Every type of meat was fantastic so I honestly don't think you can go wrong here. Best lengua I've had in a looooong time, this will easily turn you onto lengua if you've never had it before. “Visiting AZ after having moved away in 2010. Was recommended to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the beef flaunts. They were heavenly. You'd be surprised how often places mess them up. I also loved the refried beans. Again, most places try to "spice" them up, only to lose the flavor of the bean. The beans here were simple but delicious. This is my new, favorite restaurant in the Phoenix metro area. If you miss Restaurant Mexico, then this is the place for you. Enjoy.“

This was my first time in here and I'm SO glad I saw the "OPEN" sign lit up because the new name threw me.
They still have all the great food they had before.

More than the food, though, was the service. I was the only person in there (right at opening) and the woman who was working made me feel like a guest in her home, rather than just another customer. It was so very nice! As she got things ready for her day, we were able to have some lovely conversations, which one doesn't get too often at restaurants.
She also informed me that they have menudo every day, and also ceviché! Between that and her, I am looking forward to going back for more!“

“This place is always clean and has happy customers. I meet clients here all the time. The food is excellent. Rudy, his mother, and his father are great. They are always cordial and have recommendations if it's your first time. This is my "go-to" place for breakfast burritos in the East Valley. I highly recommend it whether you are dining in or taking it to go. The Chile Colorado is one of my favorites.
