“Today was my second time dining at Arrowhead Grill and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I stumbled across this restaurant a year ago due to reviews and came back this year to celebrate our anniversary! “This was our first time dining at Longhorn Steakhouse in Surprise and loved the warm cozy atmosphere of the restaurant . The smells were heavenly as we entered and we weren’t disappointed from our hostess to our waiter Chris our service was Outstanding!!! Chris was friendly and professional and we were impressed with how attentive he was and observant as after our Delicious meal when he brought our check he looked at my husband and stated that he had given him a military discount before my husband had even asked if they do military discounts. Chris had noticed my husbands retired Air Force hat he had on and we were pleasantly surprised that he had already observed that he was retired military and had discounted out bill. Our experience was top of the line and we will definitely be regular customers to the Longhorn Steakhouse!“
“Was a great experience, our server was excellent, he was excellent had everything we needed before we had to ask, manager he introduced himself and made us feel right at home ?? the steak was cooked to perfection and watching them do the line dance and celebrate a birthday was just icing on the cake ?. I have eaten at other Roadhouse, in Tucson, Chandler, Gilbert and a few places in California, I will have to say the way your manager runs that restaurant the others could definitely learn from, give that man a raise and have him regional! I know a little bit about the restaurant business as my father was a gourmet chef and my little brother owned a restaurant in California“
“Although when we were seated there was quite a mess on the floor and table next to ours, the experience was very enjoyable. The mess was cleaned up shortly after we were seated. Our server was VERY good at his job. The food was very consistent with other outback food which is good and my whole party was very happy with the experience.“

“I love the vibe, the food is always good. The bread and cinnamon butter are so yummy. Only downside is they don’t accommodate large parties well. It isn’t the restaurants fault it is how the building and seating were designed.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a crowded place but they do accommodate people in wheelchairs.“

“Staff and food never disappoint. It's a once every two weeks spot for us. We really enjoy the spicy chicken bites appetizer, we usually get 2. 2 of my boys eat just 1. We enjoy the lunch there very much. Smaller crowd, more attentive staff, and for us it works with our special needs son who they do well accomodationing him.Kid-friendliness: Staff seems to deal and manage with my 3 boys, and especially my autistic son. He yells out from time to time, but no one says anything to us.“
“I was traveling for work, and I thought I would give it a try. I looked at the menu, and everything was very inexpensive, so I didn't have high expectations. Boy, was I surprised! When you get something better than the menu picture at a restaurant that's like never ever anymore, you are shocked! First, the butter rolls. I've seen memes of such things and never understood it. But I quickly learned real fast it's no joke! I ate all 4, and I wasn't even hungry, really because I had a nice breakfast. Didn't even get to the complementary peanut either. But the bake potatoes are the best I've ever had and I ate at a lot of fine restaurants. The steaks and all the fixings on top that came bigger than advertised. It was delicious and perfect, and when you factor in, it's only 1/4 of what you'd normally paid for at a fine dinner it really adds to the value and experience. Even if you take put the cost, it can hold its own and even top most Steakhouse. Friendly staff they are wonderful and kind. I went in for a local dinner experience and came out dumbfounded at the value and quality. I had a great time and really enjoyed everything I ate there.“
“Parking: Limited handicap parking and waiting customers for entry were standing in some of those. Really need to have staff to monitor lines, but not certain how you would control the children running in the parking lot, if their parents can't/don't.The steak was more gristle than meat, but what was edible was good and cooked as ordered.“
“The food is pretty good. The service is what you would expect and the atmosphere is a step above fast food but it's still a chain restaurant so nothing really makes it special or separates it from any other corporate owned chain restaurant. I will say at least they managed to cook my steak more or less the way I ordered it but they did only give me one of my 2 ordered sides with it which seems to be a common thing. But the servers were friendly and polite so overall I can't complain about the visit. I will go back for the occasional family birthday or anniversary.“
“Both my husband and I had steaks. Our meals came with bread. It was delicious. We had the 2 for $ special. We picked the quesadilla for the appetizer, we both had a salad, we both had au gratin potatoes. My husband had filet and I had ribeye. Everything was delicious. The bread was a small warmed loaf of a seeded variety. You could get more if you wanted at no extra cost. Our quesadilla was tasty and plentiful. We had to take most of it home. We both thought our steaks were one of the best we've ever had. Dessert came with our special too. We picked the chocolate chip cookie in a pan with ice cream. We were so stuffed we had to take it home for later. It was very tasty. The price of all we ordered was a great deal. We each had $5 added on to our total for the choice of meat as stated in the menu. It was worth every penny!“
“It was so cold in there. AC was definitely on and it was cool outside. They wouldn't do anything about it so we had to eat in our jackets. Food was good but for some reason my chicken salad was billed out as salad and they added chicken so came out more. Caught that too late.“
