I wish I could give MORE stars. I ordered catering from the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Scottsdale Road for a Broker Open House. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process, from the ease of ordering, to picking up the food (and it was still hot) and the simple, yet effective package with all sandwiches labeled. Fantastic sandwich shop. My favorite sandwiches in town. It is hard not to stop when I drive by They offer a good menu with a healthy selection. Most importantly the staff really seem happy to be there and they obviously appreciate their jobs. They also have a great rewards program that is constantly providing me with free entrées.

"Mouthgasm" is the only way to properly describe the feeling I get from eating a Potbelly sandwich. The hot pepper's are the best but, eat too many, and will you lose all sensation in your mouth and extremities for some period of time. I hardly get to eat here though because there isn't one anywhere near the north/west valley.
