He found out my wife and I were pregnant today and gave us a FREE horchata for our baby. I love this place. Noah and everyone who works here is extremely likable and respectful.Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but they have plenty of vegetarian items.Kid-friendliness: What kind doesn't love some good Mexican food!? “We celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night at Joyride as it is one of her most favorite places to eat. (Me too!) The manager, Tyler, got us in as quickly as possible and checked on us a few times during our dinner. Our server, Leila, was fantastic. She took excellent care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly and kind. And of course the tacos were fabulous! “Some of the BEST quesabirria we’ve tasted!! We are fortunate enough to have two places that make some of the great Birria at home in Montana, so our standards may be high. We are OTR truck drivers and it has been extremely difficult to find Birria that has met our expectations being out on the road. Glad we gave this place a try! We’ll definitely be back for more!!“

“Thos location recently changed its menu, and they removed the fajita plate. In my opinion, this was the best item on the menu, and now that they lack fajitas, I am much less likely to return and bring my family and friends( who buy other items).Here's to hoping that management actually reads these reviews and takes this seriously. We have been longtime, frequent customers, and Fuzzy's is at risk of falling out of the rotation.“

“If you're hungry and love tacos, you're in luck. Santa Madre serves up tasty tacos and they do it with a smile. Be warned, the restaurant is small and the clientele knows how good the food is. So, finding seating can be a challenge. The carne asada tacos are favorites of mine. If I'm in a grab-and-go mode, it's the burrito version for me with a healthy squirt of the chipotle sauce to heat up the tongue. Their al pastor is amazing and some best I’ve eaten - it has the right balance of heat and sweet. One of the things I appreciate is the fresh condiments bar, especially their smokey chipotle sauce. They have a nice variety of toppings, including: cabbage, cilantro and onions, cucumbers, pickled onions, coleslaw, and jalapeños. They also had a balanced selection of salsas and other sauces. The chipotle is a "must-try." I like to pour it on top of the coleslaw you put on the tacos. Their rice and beans are not just something to take up space. They are simply good eats.Nothing is hidden from the customer. Everything is cooked on the griddle to order, right where you can see what's going on. The only thing to remember is they close early at 8:00 pm. So if you want a late night snack or dinner, you're out of luck. The place is not fancy. However, Santa Madre is the perfect example that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. You get a great meal at a good price, with excellent service, from very nice folks. Well done.“

“I LOVE Topo! Truly one of the most iconic places in Gilbert—a must-try. The line is usually reasonable and so are the prices. I especially love the Topo Loco—not too spicy, but definitely spicy enough!! The elite is great, and they customize for my lactose-intolerance well every time I’ve been. The outdoor seating nearby is SO cute, and although it might not be optimal for the summer heat, it’s good all other times of the year! They sell Topo shirts inside Joes BBQ, and I still want one and regret not getting one!Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant, and they’re pretty good at customizing, although you’ve gotta know you’ll miss out on some things if it’s not worth the stomachache for you. The elite is worth the stomachache for me.Parking: The parking lot is in the back of all the restaurants. A little hard to find. I go for the green chili burrito its one of my favorites. Sometimes also it depends on the batch also sometimes it disappoints but most the time its the best in town.“

“I tried their cheese enchiladas with red sauce and a side of rice. The rice was ok, but the enchiladas were amazing! The sauce was delicious and came with a drizzle of what I think was sour cream. Most Mexican restaurants will serve enchiladas with soggy lettuce that is usually warm, but not here! The enchiladas came with a chilled mix of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and cilantro and it was perfect with the enchiladas! Super friendly service as well!“

Prices were pretty good. 4 stars for the single item menu. Every had to be purchased singlely. No combo plates. Rice was a single item Beans single item etc. This makes it if you buy 3 tacos rice and beans and a drink into a very bill. The place is set up very well in the small area they occupy. “First timer to this location last week. As you walk in you'll notice plenty of seating inside plus the menu wall with all their options. Ordered their #12 Carne Asada Burrito-wet. To Go! Assembly line with all the ingredients are visible and the staff is ready to prepare your meal. From sauces to toppings you can see what's available to select. The meats are then placed on the flat top to finished off as well as your tortilla to get a little warm and toasty. Then it's brought over to the station to complete. They had additional choices such as roasted corn, pickled red onions and various spreads like a chipotle sauce topping. Literally went with the works then had it covered Christmas Style! There is a nice salsa station you can grab salsas. I generally want to sample most of them and end up only really liking a few. Not in this case; ALL of them were amazing and I couldn't decide which one I liked best! When I got my purchase home & removed the lid, I realized what a HUGE burrito it was! Unfortunately, after the first bite I immediately knew that something was WAY TO SALTY! It was like getting a gulp of the oceans salt water. I was super bummed cause I really was looking forward to this monster meal. I believe it was the enchilada sauce & unsure if it was the red/ green or both? I ended up giving it to my son. He agreed that it was definitely on the salty side, but his blood pressure wouldn't be bothered by it unlike mine. So hoping it was just a day of over seasoning something because for the price and countless offerings this is a pretty good deal. This place so gave off that quaint vibe of authentic recipes passed down to family from their respectable Abuelita as the smells and comforting flavors were cooking on the big stove (behind the direct counter) and the food is prepped and ready to serve. Gives off that Mom & Pop feel and these are the best Mex places to find with the greatest tasting food. I will be back in hopes for a less briny burrito.“

“We checked this place out on Cinco De Mayo which could be the worst time to go to a new Mexican place you never been to.The service was spectacular and the food was good, I got the Todo sampler plate and an tamale (red) and all was delicious, for dessert we got the sopapias with Carmel sauce and it was yummy and my some tried the fried ice cream. I had no less than four people check on us to see if we needed anything at all, the manager even came to our table to check on us and expedited our desserts!! We sat in the back by the door to the bar where the dj was back there jammin! If you want to sit in a more quiet area they will accommodate but for our music loving family this was right up our alley!
