Jason and his very knowledgeable staff will make you feel like you've been coming here for years. And you should start.

While its not a large menu.
Every dish is made to perfection
Go for the Nachos, huge and lots of flavour.

Now the beers.
The Hop God, Levon, got it going on

with true liquid explosio6ns of flavors.
Unlike some brew pubs that have only
1 beer thats a hit.
Here, every beer is knockout.
I can only sum them up, as clean and crisp.”

“Finding a gluten free breakfast on the go is always difficult, but in airports it’s next to impossible. On The Fly has the most delightful gluten free spanakopitas though and I was shocked! They also have oat and almond milk for drinks and they are so kind and genuinely happy. Made for a very happy celiac :) thank you.”

“Food is still great after the new owners took over, definitely a different menu as well as atmosphere but all in all is enjoyable. The brunch we had was great, my partner had the Eggs Benny and I had the Ruben (not sure if they still offer a Ruben) we were both happy with our brunch.

Definitely worth coming by to check out and see for your self, you will leave full and satisfied.

“We went for lunch after a military event. Staff were wonderful, patio was lovely and the food was delicious. I had the Brie which was amazing. Close to the base (CFB Comox) so very convenient for us. Have been before and will go back again. Good portion sizes and decently priced. We all felt very welcomed to be there, even though we showed up a little before they even opened.”

“When I have visited Paris in the past, I used to love getting macarons from well-known shops, such as Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. But after savouring OMG Macarons, I had no interest in choosing from a pile of mass produced macarons. I happily came home to Comox and bought some delightful, hand crafted, unique OMG macarons. “Tonight we were helped by Cameron, Kameron, not sure how to spell her name but she was AMAZING. I have celiacs and she insisted and going into the back and get a new tub of Gelato to ensure there was no cross contamination. Using new utensils etc, we got 2 litres of Gelato and there were people behind us and she remained calm and engaged in conversation with us. Finding calm and kind customer service now a days is so hard to find and she made it seem effortless. A genuinely hard working woman, cannot give her enough praise for her help!”

“We were at Filberg last night for dinner and it was honestly one of the best tasting meals I’ve had. I had the vegetarian meal and the flavours were out of this world. My 3 dining companions all had something different but were all very impressed with the meal and the full experience. 3 of us topped it off by having the lemon possett dessert- outstanding! Can’t wait to go back.”
