“I took my Father-in-law here for lunch. He is wheelchair bound, so that is an additional layer of difficulty. We didn't have to wait too long to get in, but the waiting area was full and we didn't have a good spot to wait and the automatic door kept closing on us. Once we were seated in a booth, all was well and we did have a spot to store the wheelchair. The service and food was lovely, and portions large. The atmosphere, well the isles are narrow for a wheelchair but passable. They had a sign out front asking for applications to work there, so are they short handed? There were many tables not bussed, and this does impact the general feeling in the place. Despite that, the food was good and service excellent. I would go back!“

“I came here with a group of geocachers after our Spogomi. This is a Japanese term which means the sport of picking up trash. We picked up 35 kg of trash and 1 lb of cigarette butts in less than 1 hour. McDonald's was gracious enough to allow us to put their garbage in their bins. Lots of fun.“

“Delicious fish, French fries, cabbage salad and fish sauce. Everything seems simple, but very tasty and really home-made, the portions are large. We both ate our fill))) ?We had to wait a little more than 15 minutes. Many visitors, everyone places were occupied. There is a place to park. Kindness to children. Daughter was treated with candy while waiting for the order. You can order online. I recommend trying it ?“

“The food here is delicious! We had the Grand slam breakfast and the Country Omlette and I would recommend both! The homemade mango habanero hot sauce is addictive! But the real star of the show is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WOW!!! Thank you for a great meal and wonderful experience!!“

“My husband and I came in today and sat on the patio. Our server Sara was super friendly and answered any questions that we had regarding the menu. We were visiting from out of town but we will definitely be coming back here because of the service. Thank you Sara! :)“

“I found this place while waiting in a ferry line with 2 sailing waits to the mainland. We had lunch and roamed the facility we came across so many things that were right up our alley , kayaking , tours , and a nice place to eat. They even have a boat launch. We decided to extend our stay , got out of the line up , got a VRBO, and explored.Best decision for us we had a great time. The staff at the marina took care of so well, better than BC ferries could. What a Great stay. I would recommend this place to all.“

“I always have the best service at the Langford A&W restaurant and the food is as fresh as can be! I'm a regular at this location and seem to usually get the same server (Pindy). Always friendly and offers a great smile! When I come with small kids, she gives suckers too! You have a great system going with great staff. Keep up the good work!!“

“Best DQ in town. The burger was juicy, fresh, smothered in sauce. Feels like going back to the 90’s when you could dine in at fast food. “Probably the cheapest food that's actually good you can get anywhere in Vic. Huge shout out to Nick who I've had a few times. Guy isn't afraid to ask for clarification if he gets something wrong and is apologetic if he's busy. Please give him raise. Also had the guts to wear a white t shirt as a server.Music in Fel's is a little too loud. I always sit as far away from the speakers as I can and still find myself getting a bit overstimulated after a couple hours. Also feel like at times servers are stretched too thin with how many people/tables they have to manage which can make service take a while. Please Fel's just give me the pitcher of water from the get go I promise I can drink it all myself.Also the flourless brownie is a steal and you're doing a disservice to yourself if you don't get it.“

“I had Sirloin Steak with added Lobster Tail. The steak was good, nicely done in medium rare. The lobster is okay. It was not very moist and no butter to dip it to. The mashed potatoes were creamy, it was delicious!Only giving 4 out of 5 as one of us ordered the Kickass Salad. There was no salad dressing and the chicken was a bit dry. She had to ask for the dressing. I don’t think it’s worth the money ($21.99) for a salad.It was a table for 7 and were seated nicely in a quiet spot, hence 5 star for atmosphere. The service was 5 star, she was very nice.I generally enjoyed my food and everyone else too. I wouldn’t mind going back and try another dish from the menu.“

“Tonight After stoping in at liquor planet to grab a Fat Tug,I arrived at 703 Treanor Ave Dairy Queen at 10:53 and was warming greeted by the front counter attendant Yang, my surroundings where beyond clean. Her and late night team allowed me to order anything of the menu as they where still open till 11 PM she stated, I order a double mushroom burger onion rings, gravy and a banana split, not to mention toppings that where not included on the burger including lettuce & bacon.I was out the door by 10:59PM. In my to go bay the hot and cold items where separated and had napkins and spoon neatly placed in the bag. every single bit of food had no grease and was prepared with care in a healthy portion. Thank you will defiantly be bringing cash next time insure you receive a tip for your excellent customer service and kitchen 's staff culinary skill, something you do not receive from most dine in pubs or restaurants that are this near to closing time.Dairy Queen; you make make more than enough money to include a tip option on your point of sales system and have it distributed evenly among pay roll based on the hours recored from the POS system. Do better.“

“On Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 4:30, I enjoyed a meal at the Tillicum Mall's A&W, where my order was taken with a big smile by a personable and efficient young lady. I sat down at the back and found myself facing two workers whose job it was to clean the closed section of the restaurant. Honestly, I have never seen two people work so hard in my life! They flipped those tables over like ninjas and scraped away all the nasty gum and stuff people leave there. (Kids, pleeeease stop doing that!!) These ladies disinfected the underside(!) of all the tables and chairs legs (who knew). They determinably and energetically scrubbed away at more spots than I have ever even thought of cleaning. Even Sheldon Cooper would have approved! If you want a Covid-free restaurant, (or as close as you are ever going to get to it), head to the Tillicum A&W... These ladies are amazing. I hope their bosses recognise their fantastic work ethic and, ultimately, their value to the company- and reward them both with a great, big raise!“

“Grabbed a couple of chicken burgers to go, and they were very fresh, hot and tasty. We usually come to Romeo‘s for a pizza or pasta, however, decided to try a hamburger and it was just as good.We ordered for pick up, so did not sit inside, but staff were super friendly on the phone.“
