“Ordered a chicken skewer platter with one lamb skewer. Amazing amount of food - a feast really. Meat was juicy, not dry, seasoned well. I liked that everything had its own flavour and touch of seasonings. Paired with a Coke Zero, it was a filling and nutritious veg out of glorious food! Am coming again for sure.“

“This was my first experience in this restaurant and I truly loved the food. I used to try Persian restaurant usually in North Van or downtown but this one is also amazing. I tried mixed wrap and Ghormeh Sabzi stew with saffron rice. I liked both of them, so tasty. The staff were so friendly which also made me feel more comfortable.“

“We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We showed them the phone number that we phoned yesterday to make the reservation. The phone number was on our phone, confirming that a phone call had been made. We recounted to them the conversation, including the discussion about the fact that it was a birthday and reminded them of the discussion about having a dessert with candles. Nobody recalled the conversation and we had to leave because they were fully booked. they tried to assert that our reservation had been for the previous day and that she even recalled serving a woman yesterday with the same name, a birthday.“

“Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I was excited to try The Greek after seeing it on IG. My former favourite Greek restaurant, (Vlassis in Surrey), closed down and I have been looking for a new favourite moussaka since September. I think I may have finally found it! Their moussaka is excellent! It was flavourful, creamy, and rich with the perfect golden brown caramelization on top. I look forward to trying their other dishes. I didn't see any Greek ribs on the menu though, which was my other favourite dish from Vlassis. I think they are still new, so hopefully they will add ribs and more lamb dishes over time.“

“This is by far some of the best food in Vancouver. The staff here is awesome and I have literally eaten here almost everyday some weeks. Fresh, consistent, delicious flavors, the meat is never dry and the portions are extremely generous. I always recommend!!!!“

“On Monday June 27th we stopped by about 1:00 pm to place an order for 12 people, for a 5:15 pm pickup. Amar was very helpful with menu suggestions and helping us decide how much of the different items would be needed. The order was ready to go at 5:15 as agreed. “Great vegan option at Granville Island. Huge plate with falafel, pita, stewed veg, salad, and crispy potatoes. They also give you a huge tub of hummus as well! The container they serve in are pretty hefty so you can reuse them at home ☺️“

“Stumbled across this restaurant on our last night in Vancouver and what a find. This is a small but very busy restaurant with lots of locals coming in a constant stream plus takeaways and delivery drivers. This was a Tuesday night and it was extremely busy. So it is clearly very popular and i see why!! The food was fantastic and very authentic. The portions were huge and very reasonably priced. Great wine too. It was a small team but they were constantly at it. Such a slick operation and the service was faultless. A special shout out to John who was very funny. They have a pasta special on Mondays and their pasta is so saucy and delicious.We were seated right away and despite the large parties seated around us the service was good.
