“Undisputable best place for Vietnamese food in North County. Something to be said about the authenticity of a restaurant where all the employees are of that nationality. Mostly Vietnamese, except a handful of servers. All the aunties are amazing! They literally treat you like family. Food is amazing, but the service is phenomenal! This is a place where you and your stomach leave smiling. Been here 4 times and each time has you wanting to come back.We always order the cha gio egg rolls, charbroiled pork spring rolls, beef spring rolls, P-1 pho with a full beef rib, and honey chicken with jasmine rice. Their fried items have the perfect level of crisp, ASMR-worthy crunch.It isn't cheap, but it's absolutely worth it!One of my top 5 favorite spots to eat in North County!“

“My coworkers and I would frequent this restaurant often. I would normally get one of the Large Pho bowls but other times I would venture out to Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These noodles were served with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mints, pickled carrots and daikon, roasted peanuts and fish sauce. This instance I got it with grilled chicken and egg rolls. Great food all the time!“

The food is also more authentically Chinese than most people would know. The menu may be Chinese-American, but the way they make it, it’s authentic Chinese flavor. “We’ve been ordering from the Oceanside location for the past three years now and all I have to say over the phone is “may I place an order for pickup?” And they know my voice and say the order before I even have to say anything lol. “This is a great place for fast, cheap Asian food. The man who helped us (maybe the owner or just a long term employee) was one of the sweetest men on this planet. He was very helpful and patient with us newbs. The food was delicious and amazing. It was prepared as we ordered at work stations that you can see from the dining area. I would happily come here time and time again. The ambiance was calming. While life rushed past us outside, things were just chill and relaxing inside. Keep in mind that this won't be your high end Chinese places, but for the price, this place is top notch. 10/10 all around.“
“I have tried a few dishes such as beef and Broccoli, three flavor Kung pao, and pepper steak. All the dishes tasted good and have been repeats with my family. The dishes came in black containers with large white rice which they only fill maybe 3/4 of the box. So if ordering for a family or if you're someone that likes more rice, I suggest ordering an extra side rice. It's definitely worth giving a try if you live or if you're visiting North County.Parking: Parking spaces are tight.“
“This family owned restaurant is a place my family and I have been going to for decades. The portions are as big as all of the freindly smiles from the staff. The food is delicious and the drink selection is huge. They even speak Spanish to my grandmother to get her order. My family can all get stuffed and have leftovers without breaking the bank. “In general great food. A little wanting on the service. I ordered through Doordash and was a disappointed when I wanted to customize my order by saying I didn't want rice. Apparently this restaurant doesn't allow custom orders, so I couldn't make the request. Their loss, since it's only saving them money that I don't want rice. I proceeded to order an app and two entrees that would typically come with rice, which showed up with only one side of rice. So not only could I not make a custom order, but if I wanted rice which I imagine the vast majority do, I would've only gotten one order to split between two meals. Seems pretty over the top frugal when I'm paying $80+ for a couple Chinese dinners and wontons. The scallops were overcooked and tasted like chicken.“

Not only is she so quick and very sure to make your dining experience great, she's funny and makes you feel like you're so welcome. For the food; Chef Peter's Chicken and the Lemon Chicken are our favorites, and the singapore street noodles are spicy yet satisfying (my husband LOVED them) We're here often, at least once a couple months, and it's been a knock out of the park every single time.“
