Bob had the Chicken Marsala, and he said the chicken was tender, very good! and of course (2) Glasses of Cabernet, from Paso Robles--The staff are always so amazing, fantastic customer service-- Thank you to the man, Leone!“

“I ate here about a year ago and forgot to write a review. Here's the thing. I am afraid to go back. It was the best meal top to bottom I have had in 50 years. I spent 20 of those working in the restaurant industry. I am concerned that they will not be able to replicate the experience. The server ( French Accent) was a psychic. He was only there when wanted. Knew the menu down to the details. Scallops and whatever they were served on was perfect. Crazy dessert with pistachio something or other. “We made a quick trip in on our way to a wedding party. The grounds, tasting room and views were very nice. The wines were ok, nothing I would be in a hurry to purchase to take home. The highlight was the cat "Pinot Grigio" who was adorable and welcomed some pets. Overall a nice boutique wine tasting experience.“
“My boyfriend is obsessed with this place so I had the chance to give it a try for dinner. Corner Pizza is located at a cute corner of South O'side with lots of street parking nearby, and it's always busy. All in all the pizza is very tasty and very fresh, but also very pricey. I ordered the mushroom queen with no modifications and my boyfriend got the pepperoni with everything bagel crust. The pepperoni is a classic, very good, high quality pepperoni, no complaints. The mushroom queen is also good but I feel as if it wasn't quite what I was expecting. For a pizza called the mushroom queen that has "seasonal mushrooms" I was expecting lots of mushrooms with more variety, but it's more like two types of mushrooms sprinkled on. I was hoping for maybe some oyster mushrooms, a bit of shiitake, king trumpet, etc., for the high price point. I was also disappointed that there was no sauce on this pizza, which made the flavor a bit lackluster. I didn't know that the only pizzas with sauces seem to be the ones that specifically list a sauce. The lemon marinated arugula on top was fantastic though, coming from someone who hates arugula. Whole pizzas are around the mid-$20 range, and if you add additional toppings it'll easily go to $30. So it's a fair price to share with friends, but if you have a large appetite like me then it's a bit high :') I think Corner Pizza is pretty solid, but I'll be coming back for the lunch slice specials from now on rather than whole pizzas.“

I was super impressed with the way that Tori the owner handled the situation and would definitely recommend people giving this place a try simply due to how courteous they were, and I do feel like they went above, and beyond to make up for experience.“
