“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

“Outstanding and HUGE sandwiches that will easily feed two people or one really hungry sandwich lover. The pizza is just as delicious and like the sandwiches, the 12” feeds two people. One of the secrets to Baked is their homemade crust that doubles as bread on the sandwiches. For dessert try fresh hot churros!“

“I passed this place a dozen times. This morning I was craving some breakfast. I asked for something that was not even on the menu. A chilaquiles burrito. He said I will be happy to make it for you. “It's a divey local joint with a laser focus on sub sandwiches. Limited menu, all of it good. The guys taking orders and making sandwiches are genuinely happy and enjoy their work. Very friendly and personable.
I had pastrami, she had a sausage sandwich. She declared the sandwich average (marinara average, sausage ok but average). My pastrami was good for what it was but personally disappointing. They heat it in simmering broth, that washes out the salt and flavor and makes it rubbery. Best handling of pastrami IMO is to heat it on the flat top. That renders and softens some of the fat, concentrates the flavor and makes it a little crispy. Then put the cheese on top of that to melt before it goes on the bread, that's a good sandwich. Anyway...

“Their service and food is always consistent. I'm not a 100% vegetarian, but the food here is very good. I took my daughter and we both got the kids meal (a good size burger, sweet potato fries, a drink, and a soft chocolate chip cookie), which is actually a nice portion of food compared to kids meals at other places. The service is friendly and interior clean and quiet. I highly recommend. I look forward to getting their wrap the next time.“

“My aunt, daughter, and I popped into this place for lunch on our way home. The food was delicious with a good portion size. My daughter and I shared the chicken and beef combo plate and still had quite a bit to take home with us. Food has really good flavor and the owner was so nice. I have food allergies and they were able to accommodate me without issue. Our server, a young woman originally from Louisiana, was friendly, funny, and attentive. The indoor/outdoor vibe was spot on for a beautiful day.

The food itself was very good and just the right amount. The beer selection was varied to fit most tastes. The prices for both were in line with a mid-range restaurant in Burbank.

Being in downtown Burbank, parking was challenging for us. Even with a handicapped card I had to park over two blocks away. That was not fun but it was the same for all restaurants and shops in the area and not just Finney's - something to be aware of if you're going downtown.

“I live in Lancaster && I don’t mind the driving to come and eat here when I am craving it; IS WELL WORTH IT!!! To be a fast food spot the food is super delicious, very fresh and well cook on the spot. The staff is always in a good mood and always suggesting us to try different sauces. Now that they added pineapple to their selection I am loving it even more. Keep the great Customer Service up, that’s a big Plus.

“The food is good and the portions are quite large, but my only concern is that the cashiers need to make sure they’re asking the customer if they want salsa. I know it comes with some pickled vegetables, but I wanted salsa for my burrito and I didn’t get any so when I got home, I needed to add some and I didn’t even have any at home so just a little bit more better communication is what I’m noticing always make sure that the customer has an option of red or green salsa to enhance their entrée that they’re great and I will go back“
