“I love this place I have since I was a kid going to my first field trip there it was the best and today bringing my kids their I'm so glad that they're still open continuing the tradition of having some of the best ice cream in Sacramento adults and kids will enjoy coming here.. very good!“

“Cute one story red building...inside was clean..employees very friendly...when you walk in, you order at register and then go find a booth or table...they bring you your food and then come pick up your dishes when done eating. I enjoyed my omelette and potatoes...I was very pleased with my meal, especially the potatoes were cooked as I requested. The prices are reasonable and portions were plenty...I do recommend going and I will be returning.“

“Went for their grand opening tonight and we are very glad we did!! The staff are super friendly, and very attentive. George the owner, came out to see if we enjoyed our meal and let us try his fantastic hummus and pita bread - both hot and fresh! And honey baklava ,very yummy. I got the beef and lamb gyro, so delish and I’m very picky about my gyros,this was the real deal! My husband got the kabob plate and I about ate all the salad off of his plate! So delicious and very very yummy!! Falafel were fresh and hot! Perfect! We’ll be back again soon!!“

“I’ve been wanting to try this place for breakfast for a while. It’s always packed on the weekends which is a good sign. Although it took about 20 minutes for a server to come to our table, the rest was a great experience. The pancakes were perfect and the sausage skillet was super tasty! Parking is limited, you may need to park behind the building like I did.“

“Recently had breakfast at CH Cafe and Grill on Sunrise Blvd (formerly Perkos). The place was recommended to us by our waitress at Ericas Cafe where we frequent regularly. Breakfast is our jam during the week when we are out and about and there are only a few places around town that do it well and inexpensively. Erica’s has been our go to place until we heard about their second location, CH Cafe & Grill, on the corner of Sunrise & Greenback. Stopped there this morning and had a lovely Bacon and Mushroom Omlette (topped with Avacado), hash browns, coffee and toast, my husband got his usual French Toast combo and coffee, bill came to $31.00, DEAL!!! Nowadays breakfast is usually over $40.00, for two people, anywhere you go. The food was hot, plentiful, and delicious. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding. If your in the neighborhood, I recommend checking it out. They serve lunch and dinner too. C H Café & Grill also has breakfast specials at $10.89 and $10.39 if your a Senior. Also, coffee is $.99 if your a Senior, can’t beat that!!“

“This spot is Amazing and not flashy at ALL their wafflewiches are the highlight of their menu as these are truly a unique treat that you dont see or taste anywhere else. They definitely stand out from the rest of the menu, which is a traditional American dinner menu. One other item I'd like to highlight is their country potatoes! ? these hearty chunks of potatoes are delicious & done perfectly! They are chuncky, backed perfectly, & what I assume pan fried, to get a crispy exterior, all whill maintaining a moist & soft Interior. Truly a spot you won't regret trying!“

“I had a craving for a Rueben sandwich and knew Black Bear prepared their Corned Beef in house. I got what I wanted with enough meat and plenty of sour kraut, and thousand island dressing. The coleslaw side was a bot dry for my taste. But I was not there for the slaw.Until Sam's Haf Brou re opens this is where I'll go for a Rueben sandwich .“

“I've been to Black Angus several times throughout the years, but it's when you have great interactions with the servers that make it memorable. Last night was one of those moments. Alivia was amazing, her smile, conversation and attentiveness made for a great evening. We had the Campfire Feast, which started off with their awesome cheesy bread and crispy Brussels sprouts for appetizers. The main courses were baby back ribs w/bacon blue baked potato for myself and rib-eye also w/bacon blue potato for my friend. Both were delicious and plentiful, thus requiring take home containers. The meal was finished with the chocolate cake, ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Overall a wonderful meal. I'm sure to return and will seek out Alivia for another great experience.“

“Great little place to hang out and watch a sports game or listen to live music. The bartender was very polite and had a great personality and loved her purple hair.. Go Sacramento Kings... My friend ordered the pizza and she said it was very good. They have a pool table and dance floor for live bands. They do have leather couches too. Anyway, I was very pleased with going to the The Couch and having a great time .“

“Lobster was great, potatoes were stellar, biscuits top notch... Steak was tough and chewy and only grilled on one side, the other looked pan fried, just so it wasn't blood red. It was supposed to be medium, but I would only give the steak 2 stars...“
