“I can't help but sing praises for this delightful pupuseria! From the moment you walk in, the friendly and attentive staff make you feel right at home. And let me tell you, the food? Spectacular!Their pupusas are a must-try; each bite bursts with flavor, leaving you craving for more. But wait, it doesn't end there! After indulging in their heavenly pupusas, treat yourself to a plate of their incredible plantains. Trust me, it's the perfect sweet ending to a savory meal. Now, let's talk about their horchata. With two varieties available, Mexican and Salvadoran, there's something for everyone. Personally, I'm all about the Mexican horchata; its creamy, refreshing taste hits all the right notes for me.To top it all off, the restaurant itself is impeccably clean and tidy, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance, look no further than this gem of a pupuseria!“
“"Savoring the Fusion Flavors: Rancho la Perla's Salvadoran and Mexican Street Food Extravaganza"In the heart of Riverside, California, Rancho la Perla stands out as a culinary treasure blending the best of Salvadorian and Mexican street food. During my two-week Californian sojourn, this hidden gem emerged as the unrivaled champion in the street taco scene, even for someone like me, a UK native not well-versed in these delicacies. While I could wax poetic about the freshly made tortillas, Rancho la Perla's true culinary prowess goes beyond words—it demands a personal encounter. The fusion of Salvadorian and Mexican flavors creates a unique experience that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.Rancho la Perla isn't just a restaurant; it's a portal to the vibrant street food cultures of both El Salvador and Mexico. From pupusas to tacos, each dish tells a story of tradition and culinary expertise. My favorite? Well, you'll have to visit to discover your own, but I can assure you that disappointment is not on the menu. “I been here twice. I tried the pupusas with pork and cheese and the Carne asada burrito. Good food. The prices are reasonable, because I usually spend more money at a burger stand. Will come back again. The Customer service is really good and the atmosphere is welcoming.“
“Food was good , specially the tamal de pollo, the only issue this place has it’s the service of the two ladies working there today , one of them was rude and not friendly at all they don’t have any customer service skills they look and walk like they are force to be there. The taller girl took our order wrong , and when we asked her for our 2 pupusas she said that we didn’t ordered any pupusas when that was the first 2 items we ordered , and Then she said in a defense way , that’s why I repeated ur order. she never apologize or offered to fix our meal.. this was our first time here and we won’t come back again we drove 60 minutes to get this kind of service , need to hire some friendly meseras. 3-3-24 at 11:am“
“The food is definitely worth every penny? . I read numerous cooments on "how bad is the service" or "the food is pricey." Well, 2023, what's not pricey? Today, 09/21/2023, was my husband's and I 1st time dining there. Let me tell you that the ladies/cooks and cashier are very well mannered, very friendly. (I guess it's how you treat people. They will treat you back) we waited no more than 20 mins for the order of 4 pupusas revueltas, a plate of bistec encebollado, and a coffee. My main credit is on how they are experts on making pupusas with harina de arroz (rice flour! excellent job, ladies??) the regular pupusas revueltas are delish because they use real and fresh beans (frijoles Salvadoreños de seda?) the steak flavor was tender, soft and sauce in it... uuuuff yums? !!! Kudos to the owner and staff for taking their time on making the ingredients fresh and original. **Not like many other "restaurants " they use canned beans?♀️!!** Definitely, prices are worth the flavor, and I /we recommend this restaurant ??You will not be disappointed ?#salvadorean #food ????????“
“Delicious food and wonderful service!! Pupusas were big and delicious! Wide selection of pupusas. My favorite was loroco with cheese. The workers were helpful and really nice! Great price, will definitely come back. Order to go or call in your order ahead of time if you’re in a rush.“
