“I finally came here on Wednesday this week and I am hooked. Been back 3 times this week already. The cumin soup first and second time having was smooth and clear enough to enjoy the entire thing. However I will say the people working Saturday afternoon shifts made the soup this time around way too oily, couldn’t even enjoy the soup. I think the staff should know the standard in quality and have a consistency throughout -otherwise it’ll be hit or miss just with the consistency of the soup. “Susuru holds a special place in my heart. I’ve tried a number of items on their menus and everything is ???. I can’t stress enough about how good this ramen is. I’ve only known about Susuru for a month or so but have eaten here over 8 times. All of the broths are rich and authentic. The Thai coconut curry ramen is mind blowing and a generous serving. My go tos are the Miso and Tonkatsu. Add spice for extra flavor. I brought my coworkers here and everyone’s bowls were finished down to the last drop of broth. Easily one of the best ramens shops in LA. It’s got a great mom and pop atmosphere. Food comes out quick. What else can I say, I’m in love with Susuru. “YOOO, this place is BOMB!! I got the Curry Ramen with Egg and I couldn’t believe how good it was. GREAT curry broth - well-spiced but not spicy. Nice noodles and meat too. Wish it had a bit more meat though. I’m from Hawai’i and grew up on Japanese Curry and Ramen. It really tasted like home. They were playing some good reggae music when we were there, so it sounded like home too.Went here because the other ramen place we wanted to go to down the street was an hour wait. So glad we did! We (party of 3) were seated right away on a Saturday night.We sat outside in the covered area. “Xiao long bao is excellent. Beef noodles are flavored just right. Beef is very tender. Noodle texture is perfect. Braised pork belly is very yummy. One suggestion is to slice the pork belly thinner. It's hard to eat a large chunk and get all the layers.“

“Hangari proves time and time again that they're the best kalguksu you can get in so-cal! I've tried many kalguksu spots and Hangari's quality, portion size, textures, and flavors just can't be beat. My favorites are the chicken kalguksu and the spicy seafood kalguksu. I just recently found out you can make any of the soups spicy and discovered the joy of spicy chicken kalguksu. Their banchans are also well fermented and packed with tangy flavor that gets your mouth salivating! Parking is the only problem here, there's a small valet only lot and mostly street meter parking. Across the street H-mart has a lot, but you must purchase ~20bucks of groceries to get validated, and you're limited to 1 hour or you'll get charged additional! I wish there were more locations, I saw garden grove has a place with the same name, however the menu and dishes look completely different.“
“Compared to a few years back this street food spot has gained a few more food stalls to neighbor it. There is now a bbq meet place, a salad and fresh foods place and a dessert one. I got three plates, one pad Thai, one pork fried rice and one of their new ground pork with egg dish. Pad Thai is good as always, fried rice was lacking flavor as before but they have seasoning for you to use. Their ground pork with egg was so good but holy crap it was spicy. It did have a good spice though I recommend it.“
“Visited Uovo in Studio City for the first time and tried their tasting menu. The truffle pasta was amazing, seriously good. The pomodoro was just okay, didn't impress much. But the Tiramisu? Wow, I'm not even a big fan of Tiramisu and it left me speechless. Worth a visit for sure.“
“After seeing some vids about how great the mul naeng myun is here, I had to come try with my family. My sister and I got the mul naeng myun and my grandma got the sagol dduk mandu guk (ox bone soup with rice cake and dumplings). The broth of the naeng myun was clear and crisp, but a little bland, I had to put in a lot of the mustard paste and vinegar to increase the flavor. Overall, I liked the thinness and texture of the noodles, but the flavor of the soup was nothing too out of the ordinary. The banchan though... deserves a standing ovation. The side dishes were fresh, well seasoned, and Korean grandma approved. I think I preferred my grandma's rice cake soup to my naeng myun, but I would be willing to come back and try their other dishes. We got a pajeon (chive pancake) on the side as well, which was crispy and came with a lovely soy sauce on the side. The waitresses were also very attentive and kind. The restaurant was nearly empty when we walked in for a late lunch on a weekday. Overall a great experience :)“

“The food was so authentic it stunned my mom. I've never seen her so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant. It's hard to find dishes like Liangpi and Big Plate Chicken outside of China, and even if you can the flavors are often diluted. The noodles here were perfectly chewy, the stew in the BPC was rich and thick (rivaling Dolan's even). And the prices aren't bad at all. We'll be coming here again, and exploring their other locations too.“
“Loved this place! Super fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Ordered the Nam Tok Salad, the Chicken Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) and the Isaan Larb Kua. Everything was really tasty and the server was great about explaining the spice levels. The Nam Tok and the Isaan Larb Kua were especially delicious because of the use of lime juice -- that tangyness paired with the spiciness and the savoriness in both dishes was a winning combo. In terms of spice level, I'd say that I usually like spicy food and handle it well, and the Medium was just right. There are additional chili sauces available if you want to dial it up a little bit. Very generous portions and I was honestly quite stuffed. The price is also ridiculously low and I have to say this is one of the most amazing value Thai places I've ever been too -- the pad kee mow was $12.99 for the chicken version!! They were making pickled chilis on one of the side tables, which is one sign you know this place is legit -- when they make their sauces and condiments from scratch, by hand. Really looking forward to my next visit here.“
“We’ve been to many, many Thai restaurants in LA and this one is about to become our favorite! We had 3 dishes and they all were absolutely delicious. The satay chicken appetizer was the best one we ever had. You gotta try it. The vegetarian papaya salad was so good with just the right level of hotness we asked for and the chow menu with tofu was so delicious we licked it off the plate. “Pretty chill noodle place, food came out pretty quick and was good with a really solid portion size. However, we came in with a group of 6, and it may be their rules, but I found it frustrating that there weren't that many people in the restaurant but we couldn't put 2 tables together to make a larger table for our group, eventually after asking a few times we were able to move to a larger table where all 6 of us could sit together. Pretty cheap parking here as well, overall would go back but maybe in a smaller group.“

“We've been coming here since Fabios opened a few years ago. As much as I love the food in LA, good Italian food is not one of the things we're usually known for or easy to find. It's mainly Italian American food that you'll find at most restaurants and the authentic spots are usually mediocre at best. That's why it was such a pleasant surprise to find Fabio's on the Venice boardwalk of all places. The only times we go to the boardwalk these days is specifically to eat here. I really love their spamasubi and their miso soup. It reminds me of my high school days when people would sell spamasubi from their backpacks. The place has a few tables and chairs to sit on if you are looking to dine in or wait for your food. Cool thing about their service too is they have a buzzer for when your food is ready. Sometimes it takes a little long to get the food to come out but it's always hot and ready to eat when they do.“

“The Pho is enough for 2 people and it's delicious! We have had both the chicken and the Wagu beef. Also, the rice plates with fried rice and either Wagu beef or spicy pork is really good.
