“Amazing superb customer service! I would actually hope so for this space having limited seating.Note: if you feel like trying more than one main dish split it (ex:pho) and you’ll have a solid amount of food, they are not stingy about their splitsBanh mi was delish and packed high! They get their bun from a bakery in Los Angeles.Spicy garlic tofu bites were good. Their homemade chili oil was good too!Pho was solid just wish they had a different type of noodle and didn’t cut it up so much when splitting. The noodles were so short and they were hard to grab with the chopstickMetered parking on Montana and it’s right next to the dry cleaners near the cornerVegetarian options: They have options that’s just veggies onlyParking: Paid Street meter parking“

“Heard about this place through a friend. Then read about it in the news paper and the story about the owners was intriguing. Many good restaurants in this area. BUT This has a gourmet feel and taste. Ordered crab rolls and by far best ever. A must when visiting our before they realize what a amazing deal for this dish ?. Wish I could give more stars.“

“Honestly amazing. So happy I finally tried this place and so mad I hadn’t gone sooner. A colleague recommended this place to me ages ago (he would regularly wear one of their baseball caps to set!) saying it was one of his all time fav restaurants in LA and now I get it haha. Stoked & surprised to have such excellent vegan food this far out in the valley, looking forward to returning! :)Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan with tons of mock meat options!Dietary restrictions: My partner has a severe nut allergy and they were very kind & accommodating with adjusting our dishes to be nut free, thank you ❤️“

“I ordered the grilled pork sandwich and it came out in less than 5 minutes. They put in a pretty generous amount of pork and pickled veggies, and the bread had a nice, crispy crust. The pork was a little too peppery for me but otherwise well marinated. I managed to find free street parking in the front and was able to grab and go quickly.“

“Takeout experience only since I'm a lazy lady. The vegan pho was phenomenal! Like better than any other Asian veggie soup I've had in AGES! Nice amount of veggies, flavorful broth, good portion, and it travels well. The stir-fried spicy lemongrass imitation beef is really good and has the best texture. I think it's a little too much lemongrass for me but we still get a portion every time we order. The mixed tempura is battered nicely! Always a hit. The stir-fried tofu and mushroom plate is so tasty but so small. I wish the portion size was a little bigger since neither of these ingredients is that expensive, ya know? I need to try a few other things on the menu. I've tried the vegetarian stir fried flat noodles, the vegetarian udon, the catfish stewed with green onion... these weren't bad, but they won't be my repeat order. Overall, I really enjoy their pho and this will be part of our regular rotation!“

“Must order: pork chop with rice, house special fried rice.I've tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the Valley, and this place has the best pork chop. It's so good. The rice plate comes with some veggies and a fish sauce dipping sauce. The house special fried rice has a lot of different meats including Chinese sausage! Delicious. It's a clean restaurant, plenty of tables, and very friendly service. Parking is free and easy. Closed on Tuesdays. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“The Bahi mi sandwiches are our favorite, we like the beef and pork ones the best. They are so good and light, the bread is very crispy yet has a softness about it making it a perfect sandwich. I have also enjoyed their tofu spring rolls fried. They are so good with their sauce, yummy! Can't wait to try other delicious food here!“

“Food was great. They have a weird charging thing though about extra meat (you don’t get much extra) there was a guy blasting music next to me. I couldn’t enjoy my date. As well as the server barely coming to ask if we want a refill(it’s tap water for people like me who HATE sink water) we had to like chase them down for the check. And that took forever to come. Good food and place, very homey and cozy, bad service.“

“It came at me Hot, Fast, and Fresh! I had the Bun Me Deli Special - Char Siu Pork with Vietnamese Coffee. The Sandwich was good, little light in the quantity portion but made up for it with intense flavor in the Char Siu Pork. Unfortunately, the Vietnamese Coffee was lack luster in flavor as it just tasted like Hazelnut Iced Coffee. For the Food, Absolutely yet Coffee is a maybe.“

“Pho So 1 is local to where I work so my coworker and I love coming here for a bowl of pho during our lunch. We always get seated pretty much right away even when it's rainy outside and busy. The service is always friendly and food comes out so fast! I was struggling to find a pho place with some good broth in the valley but this place never misses!“

“We were there for dinner. I did not remember what item numbers were the noodles we ordered, but I definitely remembered that the deep fried chicken with broken rice was the best. I ordered that everytime I go there.. seriously EVERY TIME!! LOLBut my mom, who ordered the dry egg noodles ( soup on the side) with shrimps & crab meat. She was satisfied with her order. My friend ordered the rice noodles soup with pork and shrimp, was also satisfied with her order. The egg rolls were also very good!Between us, we only pay under 60 bucks for 4 items! Which was really good!Recommend to others who like or just want to try this place out!!Parking: Depends on the hour, sometimes it's hard to find parking. There are parking space in front and at the back.Kid-friendliness: Many non spicy options for young kids“

“I was in the area for work & placed a pick up order for a vegetarian banh mi. So good! And it was $10 which I think is a great price. Easily one of the most flavorful Banh Mi I’ve had in a long time. I loved the addition of enoki mushrooms, as most places only do tofu.“

“I love this place! I've come here at times both for a full meal (including for my birthday and to break my fast after Yom Kippur) and to just have boba with friends. Their patio has fantastic ambience, service is great, and everything is delicious! Highly recommend sitting outside with a banh mi and a boba.“

“I've been coming here for so long. This might be the best Vietnamese Sandwich shop in town. It's authentic Vietnamese for sure. They also bake their bread in-house and I've overhead other customers raving about it, sometimes coming in just to buy the bread! Also, try their Vietnamese coffee with your sandwich! I love that they sell other items at the counter in addition to their sandwiches; banh gio, cha lua, banh bot loc, just to name a few. In gacy, I'm craving their food as I'm writing this review! There is indoor seating available, parking is limited but it seems like most customers get their food to go so parking doesn't seem to be an issue.“

“I love Pho and am very hard to please when it comes to a good pho. I have been to many pho restaurants and have not been impressed at all. The West Hills Pho 1, however, despite being much more distance than many others close to me are my ideal pho place. It's a clean and nice place, the food is served so quickly within few minutes of ordering, the quality and amount of pho served is wonderful, I order chicken pho, there was such generous amount of chicken white meat in there, generous amount if the soup, noodles, fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil, fresh and juicy lemon halfs which I asked for, I love lots of lemon juice in my pho. This is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS AND BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED.“

“This is my new favorite hidden gem for authentic Vietnamese food. They also have dishes that other Viet restaurants do not have on their menu. My daughter is a vegetarian and was beyond satisfied with the vegetarian Pho and eggrolls; which was the best I ever had.“

“Yummy. I from out of state and was craving some papaya salad big time. Found this place on yelp and figured I try it. It was good. Not as good as back home in Minnesota but a lot better then what I expected. I also ordered their red curry. Spicy and yummy. It wasnt bland like most places are. I had it delivered and it came on time. They also threw in a yummy thai tea. Thanks!“
