The chicken was over cooked and slightly burned . It appeared as if it had been refried. Thought the skin had some spicy flavoring , the chicken was bland and dry. The service person was rude not allowing to complete my sentence when ordering , asking multiple times "is that it ?". My intention was to get a large order. However after the intersction with the staff , I opted for a much smaller order. The service and product both suffer.

Love Popeyes. unfortunately they always run out of what I want to order at 820pm. After 6 they never have chicken tenders or popcorn shrimp. ok ill just order the 8 piece classic chicken meal.....they only have spicy ?!!This is the 3rd time in 4 months.I thought Maybe its just the location off knott and Chapman....NOPE....its all the locations within a 8 miles distance....

My son and I got lunch to go. For me, I had the 2pc Chicken Meal. The chicken was good. Loved the crispy skin. The French Fries had light seasoning but tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I did not finish the rest after only having 3. The Cole Slaw was literally cut up like square confetti and tasted like they were about to spoil. That is too bad because I was really looking forward to having it with my chicken. Maybe they were just having an off day....read full review
