“I have developed this craving at times for 2 Tacos and a Strawberry Shake. Maybe it takes me back to high school in Texas. We did not have a McDonald's or a Burger King. Our Jack in the Box was the drive thru-place after school and weekend late nights. One item that has been on their menu in one form or other since at least 1979 are the tacos. The seasoning in the meat has always been delicious.I went to the Glenoaks Boulevard Jack on Sunday night 12, 17,22. There was one car up at the window, and the drive-through person asked me if I could wait a moment to order. He was so very polite. I was pleasantly surprised. When I got to the window he apologized again and thanked me for waiting.My meal was delicious: the tacos were piping hot and the strawberry shake was ice cold.Irosvan ( I believe is his name: the ink on the receipt was blurred) was very calm and cool. He should be recognized for his excellent manners.“

I met the Cashier named "Tsolak" and he was Such a nice guy; he was very Humble and had such a good Customer Service.....If I was in management level, I would give "Tsolak" such a good recommendation or at least a promotion...Or maybe Extra Paycheck. ..Thank you so much TSOLAK ... “We had JITB at this location for the first time, while on vacation. It's great for the price, if you know what you are getting and not over-expecting greatness. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because it's not Mr. Chow, but very good for what you pay. I had the ultimate cheeseburger and some tacos. Thanks!“
