“Food was good, gal working was very nice. It's a very small walk up and order type of place with bar type seating next to the building and a few picnic tables. I like the variety of tacos offered and they do have Taco Tuesdays for I believe $1.59 each for select type of meat. Overall not to bad of a place, I will be going back for there Tripas tacos!!“
“Our favorite spot for Mexican in the five cities. The ceviche & tostadas are authentic & delicious. The shrimp soup is spot on. I also like their asada plate, can’t go wrong with their in house hot sauce. Oh! And the micheladas aren’t from a bottle, made fresh. Highly recommended.“
“i moved to grover beach 11 years ago and soon discovered jalapenos restuarant. it is my favorite. the food is great, the service is great and i always leave feeling great. it is a small family business whos quality product is an asset to the community. i highly recommend jalapenos to anyone who asks where to get a consistantly delicious meal.“
“Like how they make the food in front of you, cashier made some comments under her breath but she seemed to be a kid so the misogyny can be grown out of. The man who took the time to help make the food was very nice definitely making up for any unpleasantness not related to the actual business, would go here every day if I could 10/10. Loved the food and the actual customer service I received. Love it. They do take out and dine in and are very fast with your order if you are on the go while still making the best quality food. Wish I had pics but I forgot because my order was so great haha. Also everything looked amazing, I would’ve ordered more if I had the time *crying* anyways, Thank You :)Kid-friendliness: A calm atmosphere that lets you socialize how you want, remains spacious and has so many places to sit for any ages no matter how hyper your kid is, highly recommend, everyone seemed very very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: The way the restaurant is set up is very accessible for disabled folks in general which is another reason why I love this restaurant. :)“
