“Fabulous sushi with just enough flair to let you know that Chef Daniel-son has above average skills in areas other than sushi - he does a Saba sandwich on homemade milk bread, plus a shrimp stone pot fried rice in addition to sushi (at least as of this visit). Two seatings, the later one is more relaxed if you don't mind eating late. And the sake selection is excellent.“

“We were there for happy hour and the place was deserted. Sunset on the marina and there are no window coverings to shield from the harsh sunlight streaming directly in. Also, food was delicious, service: excellent, atmosphere: attractive but the place could use a good cleaning and freshening up as it is starting to look a little shabby and worn.“

“First: Restaurant has several options for seating - booths outside that are charming, a covered inside garden area with booths and tables which is where we always sit, or inside at the sushi bar, the regular bar, or the inside tables. Second: Staff are delightful - very professional, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Third: Food is delicious. We always order the crispy rice with spicy tuna, the yellowtail special and the Tiger King sushi roll. Nobody does these dishes better! Bar creates great drinks. Parking: You can usually find street parking on Rose or a side street if you don't mind walking a block or two.“

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Wake Sakura in Gardena! It’s located on the second floor of the Tokyo Central market, which is a cool experience in itself. The restaurant has a sleek, modern, and clean atmosphere that feels very authentic.
You order everything on a tablet at your booth, and the plates are delivered directly to you on a high-speed conveyor belt, which is both efficient and fun to watch.
But the star of the show was, without a doubt, the Tuna Lovers plate. If you are a fan of tuna, this is a must-order. The quality was exceptional, especially for a conveyor belt-style restaurant. It featured a beautiful variety of cuts, from lean, clean-tasting akami to the rich, melt-in-your-mouth fatty toro. Every single piece was incredibly fresh, had a great texture, and was served on perfectly seasoned rice.
The quality of the fish here is a clear step above other conveyor belt spots. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for any sushi fan, but especially if you love high-quality tuna!“

On March 8, my older sister, Jennifer, and I went to Tak E Sushi and Rolls restaurant to eat sushi for lunch and I did not expect sushi to be this delicious and nutritious☺️. There exists countless options for Jenny and I, and customers to eat on their menu, but I think my older sister doesn’t want to eat a lot. Plus, there were plenty of drinks to choose from, but one thing I found out that there exists anime style drinks with likable anime characters from One Piece, Naruto/Naruto Shippuden, and Sailor Moon, though I wish they also added other iconic anime characters from other popular anime IPs that every anime fan loves, you know, the ones from Dragon Ball, Bleach, My Hero Academia, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Haikyuu!!, etc.; not to mention Hololive, the world’s virtual YouTuber agency, Vocaloid, Love Live!, maybe Pokemon, cute anime girls, and more should have their own drinks, even Star Wars (influenced by Akira Kurosawa’s films and Japanese culture which George Lucas said that Akira Kurosawa is his idol) deserve their own drinks in sushi stores, but a man can dream, yes? Anyway, we ordered the sushi while I had ramen, and I just couldn’t get enough of eating them as I smiled. It was great and I wish I could’ve tried it sooner rather than later. One thing that I forgot to see is that there’s also a bar you can sit on, but I’ll try that next time. In conclusion, the Tak E Sushi and Rolls restaurant is recommended for everyone. Not bad Japanese food and I want to come back again sometime. Though, I want to see the restaurant filled with people, though. “I have been enjoying meals at Okane Umi since 2016. They have always been excellent in every category of service. The restaurant has had its share of ups and downs but I am happy with how strongly Okane Umi has powered up its menu and added some wonderfully flavorful genuine Japanese dishes. Im pleased they have reinforced their sushi, sashimi, chirashi offerings - I love this restaurant.“

“Since I'm a very picky Japanese food eater, I tend to avoid anything that might be Japanese where it's not 100% Japanese. That said, I do enjoy the Thai food here. It's decent and filling. The staff are polite and I like it because it's in walking distance for me.

I have tried some Japanese-ish food like the lobster rolls or teriyaki chicken. Those dishes weren't bad if you consider them more California Asian cuisine. The prices are what you might expect these days for a spot like this. They do have lunch time specials so I think those are worth making the trip if you're in the area and want some decent Thai etc or something different.“

I did read the ingredients lists, nothing suspicious/unreadable.Refrigerated NIGIRI RICE still tasted soft and intact.Refrigerated SALMON was buttery on each bite with zero resistance. Edges were not dry at all.I did check out the ROLLS as well, it didn't look as good as the Salmon selections.Please add additional soy sauce packet.At $14, it's an average price but certainly much better quality, thickness and size than other restaurants.
