“Couldn't recommend Léal more for people looking at venues. My husband and I looked at 10 venues before we found Léal and as soon as we got to there we knew this was the place for us. Niamh was our tour guide and greeted us with champagne and made us feel so special and at ease. She helped us picked our date based on their availability and weather (we wanted our whole wedding outside) and from the moment we met her to our big day she continued to go over and beyond. Léal takes care of everything for you besides hair & makeup, photography/videography, and dessert. They made it so stress free for us and exceeded our expectations. Melissa was our wedding planner from Léal and she was always reachable and very thorough. My husband and I kept waiting for something to go wrong and we are still surprised to this day how easy everything was. We had a lot of people with special diets and Léal catered to every allergy without any complaint and the food was so good. They did a custom Ring for Champagne wall for us which is just a testament to their customer service and attention to detail. We also rented their Estate Homes which I highly recommend since they are onsite. Our bridal party was able to get ready onsite and stay onsite which made the logistics for everything so smooth. The people at Léal are amazing and made everything we wanted happen and more.“

“Man oh man pulled up today on the way to the beach. I'm from hollister but live in Modesto and I cant believe I forgot about this gem. I got the basic tri tip and my wife got a meatball sandwich she was juiced and if shes juiced it must be good. Lol . Got fried as well“
“We have been members at Calera winery since 2014 and their wine is consistently our top choice! They are world-renowned for their Pinots, but their Rose and Chardonnay are just as exquisite. We drove up to Hollister to get away from the stormy weather in San Jose, and we were lucky to hit a break in the rain and enjoy an awesome wine tasting thanks to the hospitality of the staff. The minerality and crispness of the wines is unparallel. We had a great time and took home a Jensen and a Chalone. The tasting room has undergone a facelift and is sporting a variety of tables and even a cozy private room, in addition to plentiful outdoor seating with unbelievable views of the valley and the mountains. A beautiful day out in the country!“
“We went for wine tasting, food and live band and everything was great. The wine was good. We really liked the variety of food and the live band was fun. They sang some oldies and their repertoire was all over the place so we heard a bit of everything. The owner of the establishment was super friendly and just made the whole thing more enjoyable. We will be back :-)“
“Very good place for brunch, the only small problem is that there are a lot of people on the weekend and you have to wait to get space. Service level, nothing to say, very welcoming and helpful.Parking: The parking lot is located just behind the restaurant.“
“Food was good but there is room for improvements. I ordered the chilaquiles, ratio of tortilla to egg was not fair. It seemed like there was egg for ten tortillas chips. Food portions were crazy big. Luckily my bro had extra eggs over easy, I put them over the chilaquiles and the ratio was now on me...I would suggest offering that as an option...not a complaint, just a suggestion. Would I go back? Yes!!“

They were able to accommodate our party of 12 with eaze and comfort. “Cool little dessert shop to stop in! Ice cream was I think $4.50 for 1 scoop! And $2 and additional. I must be old cause that seems pricey! And they didn't even have every flavor stocked! Coffee was just basic. Not really high quality. The staff were all polite and very helpful! The pre packaged sweets were delicious! But again a lil pricey. All the novelty stuff inside was actually cool! Big variety of cool things, nothing generic! We got on the train ride and my little kids liked it. They also got the lil mining package which they liked doing all on there own. Overall I think we'd come back to spend a few hours here and now knowing what's what.“
