“So glad my daughter and I stopped here. We each had breakfast burritos and they were excellent. Not only delicious, but big. We both tried the hot salsa and liked it. The atmosphere was very inviting. The service was the best I've received in a very long time. The server was very attentive and sweet. The cook came out and asked if we were enjoying our meal. “I came to Google to review this place and help them out, but I see they already have amazing reviews and rightfully so.
I’ve been ordering caldo de Albondigas (meatball soup) to go for the last five years and it never disappoints. They give you all the fixings like cilantro, onion, limes, and handmade tortillas along with chips and salsa. I most recently ordered Chilaquiles Verdes as I did not want to pay $15 at el zarape (nearby) For the same proportion (eggs not included) and no sides. The Chilaquiles from El Comal come with eggs, a side of rice and beans, chips and salsa for $16. Worth it. The to-go packaging on this plate could use something more sturdy, but they could serve it on a sheet of aluminum foil and I would still eat it. It’s that good. The salsa is an enjoyable spicy yet flavorful. 10/10 would recommend“

“I was heading to another bar and wanted to try this place out first. I drank some beers, ate some complementary salsa (the chips were really good!), and watched some sports. The place was pretty packed; the private room was occupied.

The service was great. They were efficient even when it was a packed house.
