“Xia long baos aka XLBs aka soup dumplings are perfection! Noodles tasted fresh. The flavors are authentic schichuan style so if you order a spicy dish expect to have that numb, tingly feeling in your mouth bc they use that kind of pepper. Come for the food not the service. This is a no frills place. You scan the menu, you place your order online, and someone brings it to you.“

“Wonderful pho, shrimp spring wraps, and fried tofu. But I especially appreciated the amazing service!! I called in my order because it was large, and I needed it quickly. The gentleman who took my order repeated it all back to me to make sure it was correct. When I picked it up, it was packed up in a box, but the server took the time to make sure the entire order was there. Wonderful food and wonderful service!!“

“Went there today for the first time for takeout and everything was so delicious and fresh. I've been looking for a new place since my place closed down during covid and I have tried 3 other places and the food was not good at all . I will gladly drive over the bridge from Benicia for this place. I ordered broccoli and chicken tons of chicken and the broccoli was perfectly cooked not all mushy, chow mein and sizzling rice soup which was the best I've had in a long time. Can you tell I'm happy I found this place? Lol“

“Best authentic broth in Concord.. hands down. The prices reflects that. A lot of Pho restaurants in general is just fast canned beef bullion broth as a base. No authentic spices, love, and time spent on the broth. However, Hello Pho is consistent and the broth hits all the necessary notes. They deserve a better location in Concord as they're the real deal for real on the real cause you know the deal it's not a steal because it's a real feel good tasting Pho... if you don't know now you know..“

“Solid quantity and quality of food for its pretty reasonable price. Ordered a shrimp udon and though the noodles were not true udon, it was a solid quantity of food and came with six shrimp. And a bowl of miso soup. A nice environment too. Tastes pretty good.“

“My husband and I stopped in for sandwiches. Everything there is pre-made which they call Grab and Go. I had the Coronation Chicken and my husband had the Tarragon Chicken. They were delicious and the prices were reasonable. We also had a Southwestern Salad which was good but I thought it could use more corn and black beans. I understand that food costs are really high. They have a few tables to eat in. They also have Take and Bake dinners which I want to try. I think those have to be pre-ordered. We will be back even though it's a bit of a drive for us.“

The owners & waiters are an absolute delight as well and are always so fun to speak with. Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough, their lunch specials are such a good deal so if you want to try here and leave stuffed for under $15 swing by! The ginger scallion beef is stupid fire and their kung Pao is the best I've had. Hope they continue to be in business for another 30 years :) love you guys !“
