“I had the polenta with prawns and crispy cauliflower. It was delicious. The crispy cauliflower was really good dipped in the garlic aioli that came with the lamb burger sliders which my sister in law thought were good. My brother got the short ribs which looked delicious and I will order it next time. My brother said they tasted great. Sadly he doesn't like to share.”

“I took two friends to Reve to celebrate their birthdays, and we had a relaxing and delicious meal! The atmosphere in the outdoor heated garden tent was inviting and charming, and our waiter Joel was welcoming and gracious. We all enjoyed our starters of courgeres and pomme frites, and the Reve salad was delicious. The entrees of petrale sole and scallops were also delicious and beautifully presented. The desserts of chocolate mousse and lemon tart with birthday candles were a delightful finale. I'm looking forward to returning for another wonderful dinner! So nice to have such a great restaurant in Lafayette.”

“The food is very good. I ask for medium poached eggs, and I get them every time. It is incredibly hard nowadays to find REAL Hollandaise sauce..Egg yolks, real butter and lemon...it's here and good. I would also add the potatoes should have bell pepper and onion mixed in with them...imo...I will say this much, we were in there to sign paperwork for my daughter and her husband's very first house...we met there, specifically because it is an organic place, we had been there many times before. We were there this time to celebrate and sign papers. We were rushed out however, and it should have been noticed by the waiter that we were obviously celebrating... gift bags, mimosas, and an obvious celebratory atmosphere at our table.. pictures were being taken, and paper work everywhere... we were pushed out, the waiter was OBVIOUSLY annoyed that we had been sitting there longer than he deemed necessary, which was unfortunate. He was left, despite his obvious annoyance, a 30% tip. Other than that the food is very good and we will continue to come here. We WILL say, if we get "pushed out" again... it WILL be an issue. As an ex waitress myself, it is imperative that people understand in the service business, not everyone goes out to breakfast all the time, some of us go out to celebrate, to spend time together because we don't see each other that often..... we chose to come see you... it's important that that energy is picked up on. I understand the need to "turn" the table over, BUT when you have a table of six that's paying over $200+ for drinks, breakfast and time.... you should just back off and let us be. Read the table.”

“I know my carnivore friends don't hate me but when you have a partner as awesome as I do and she says she wants to try this sushi place that also serves vegan sushi what do you do, you take her there. Mind you they also have fish based dishes. But I went with it and it was very good. The green dragon roll consisting of tempora sweet potato, avocado and egg plant was great. The sunshine roll with mango, tempura jalapeño, sun dried tomato and avocado was also great. The vegan baked spicey scallop with baked king mushrooms and avocado was also great. Winner of the night.....Green Dragon. The rest come 2nds. Ambiance is nice and the staff is on top of it. All around very nice and will be coming back.”

“My boss is vegan (pesca) and I'm not. He was more than happy with this find. Great menu, quick, fresh, attractive food and great value. Dining room is both elegant and comfortable. Servers are prompt, smart and pleasant. Even simple things like water and iced tea were elevated. And the price is right, hasn't jacked up as much as the average. Every time I'm there I'm surprised they are not more crowded because it's great. I'm still looking forward to acquainting myself the full bar some evening!!Vegetarian options: With the magic of falafel and fresh hummus, fresh lavish with wonderful dipping oil, Greek in general and this spot in particular are perfect for vegans.”

“We were looking for Curry Up Now, didn't realize it was actually part of the Local Kitchens mini food hall, which we'd never seen before but were thrilled to find. We ended up ordering from The Melt and Sushirrito as well, and loved everything. Ordering and pickup were easy, the staff was friendly, and the whole place looked spotless.Our family of four got tikka masala paneer on rice, garlic parmesan fries, tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons, and chicken karaage with Peruvian herb sauce. There were so many great options, we'll definitely be back again soon. It's the perfect place for a group. It's sort of magical that the same little place can provide so many different types of food, all fresh and tasty.There are a few picnic tables out front in case you want to eat there. For takeout, I recommend using the Local Kitchens app to order in advance.”

I ordered Amristari Fish and their Fish Tikka Masala which was mouthwatering and the food quantity was ample for more then one person.Their staff is so efficient and friendly. “10/10 really delicious! After Mandarin Garden closed down, been searching for a place that has jjajangmyeon and jjampong as similar to theres. Been knowing the restaurant owners previously and they recommended Great Wall and the owner would sometimes work as a chef here!! Food was great, honey walnut prawns were such a huge portion and the egg fried rice was flavorful as well. The jjampong hit the spot as well and the portions for everything were massive. Assorted appetizers were very tasty, their sauces complimented it a lot and I definitely want to try their calamari next time! I loved seeing all of the locals coming in, and by the atmosphere alone you can tell the food and service will be good. (They were very attentive)”

“This place is a gem their croissants are so good. Ive also tried their baguettes and some other pastries they are also really good. Their parking situation is not the best, meter parking by park smart inc. which is a shady company. You will get ticketed even if you paid. I got ticketed with minutes left on the meter and the disputing process is impossible. It's sad this parking company makes it so hard to support local businesses.”

“I rarely order shrimp in restaurants. I find them to be tough and tasteless. But not at El Jarro! The shrimp tacos are tender and very flavorful. Service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. The tortilla chips are nice and crisp and the guacamole and salsas are great. El Jarro’s prices are very affordable. El Jarro has become a weekly treat. “I'm in the Peter Pan Foundation and I think this is the only Starbucks that we go to lol. Since it's right down the street from our theater home, a lot of us Go here for our coffee and snack before heading to rehearsal on Sundays. I normally try and order beforehand so that I can just pop in and pop out. My order is always right and always yummy. I think the only thing I don't really like about this Starbucks is there parking lot which is somewhat on the small side, but again that's just why I order ahead. I can easily jump in jump out or have a friend with me who will get the coffee for me so I don't even have to turn off the car.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and always get some kind of soy or oat milk drink . I've never had a problem with this Starbucks and making my drinks. That cannot always be said about many other Starbucks, so I am very thankful for this one.Parking: Like I said in the full review, they're parking lot is somewhat. On the small side. I would say that you could probably get a max of 15 or 20 cars in their parking lot. That doesn't really sound that small until you see this Starbucks during a busy shift. The entire lot will be filled and you might just be trying to come in real quick for a pickup. But there's a lot of people who are just seated enjoying their day, which is of course not a problem. Keep this in mind though. Maybe have a friend who can pop in and pop out for you instead of you getting out of the car.”

“We drive 25 min for this Philz to get a cup of coffee, eat a green chili burrito with hot sauce, then walk around downtown. The staff is always amazing and their coffee is on point. A bold, rich flavor every time. My fave is the Philtered Soul cold brew with oat milk. My husband gets the Aromatic Arabic with a splash of cream.Parking: There is a paid lot right behind Philz. We normally park on the metered main street, but can drive a little further for unmetered street parking as well. We never have to park more than a block away on the weekend.”

It took me a while to find someone to make that cake and Jaleh was very helpful, she made the cake in short amount of time and was excellent on letting me know when to pick it up and special instructions. The taiyaki cones are soft, dense, and flavorful in their own right, and my ube soft serve was so flavorful and creamy. “We really enjoy going to the Rising Loafer. We go there frequently on the weekends for the eggs Florentine and veggie omelet. They have the best hollandaise sauce, even better than I can make myself. It's a very simple place with an outdoor patio right by Trader Joe's and a very nice bookstore. The service is good and the owners are pleasant and friendly. We've had plenty of good experiences here and recommend it.”

“This is a sweet and small shop! The workers were nice, helpful, and greeted me when I came in. I stopped by on a late evening and it was not busy at all. I got my order within 5 minutes or so. Drink-- strawberry horchata- I thought this was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet and you could definitely taste the strawberry. The horchata was apparent, but it was more subtle than I what I wanted. The boba was also okay, but I could do without it next time. - ube horchata- I didn't think I could taste the ube much in this one. Other than that, the drink was good and not too sweet!Coming back to try some other drinks!”

“So the power went out the other night, just before dinner was done. So now what? Call DoorDash! It was getting late, so the choices were quickly fading and Square Pie Guys came up as a choice, and while we had just had pizza recently, it wasn't my first choice. We took a look at the menu and it sounded intriguing. Thick crust pizza is not my favorite, but the toppings sounded good and we were interested by the combination of honey on the pizza. Also, the two types of wings also piqued our curiosity. So placed the order. Pizza was fantastic. The crust was very buttery and tasty, toppings were great and the honey just gave it that something different appeal. The szechuan wings were a nice change up from typical wings. My only ask to add to the menu, some salad, garden, caesar, chopped. Just something to make me feel like I ate something healthy! We would highly recommend giving this place a try!”

Regular can I take your order, ok, take a seat and wait.The food is hit and miss.Breakfast egg sandwich: 4.5/10 great amount of protein (egg) and fat (avocado) bread is bomb but like almost too crunchy painful to eat lol. But i love it. The only thing saving this Sammy was the sweet pepper chili sauce flavor they put on it otherwise it's bland as hell.Breakfast burrito... don't even know what the heck was inside... def needed to eat it with salsa.. not amazing...3/5Waffles... pretty bomb 5/5Coffee... meh.... “Incredible Shrimp Burrito. I'm a longtime chef and restaurant manager and this place is a GEM. I was running around, working, and needed a burrito fix and the Shrimp burrito is Lights out good. Not greasy, super clean, balanced flavors. Nothing clashes, juicy, and big flavor. And they make their own blue corn tortilla chips and they're complimentary?! Who does that these days?
