We had an appetizer per the recommendation of our lovely server Christine that was maybe the best thing I’ve ever tasted and then my husband and I both had the Pappardelle entree that definitely lived up to the hype. More than the food though, the ambiance and service really made our experience. When we had a question about what wine to get, they sent the sommelier over for us to discuss with. Prime rib was tender and cooked to perfection, their side this yorkshire pudding was really good better than their sourdough bread, I believe due to its texture which I enjoyed the most. Is it the best prime rib? No but with decor and nice service makes them better and enjoyable. I would recommend this place for good prime rib.“

“Been here a few times for drinks or a happy hour and SF Wine Society is a gem. It has a fun bocce court, is well decorated with a sense of atmosphere, and the folks here really know a lot about wine. And as random a compliment as this is to give, the bathroom here is seriously decadent, beautifully designed and fancy??? I think that alone is a testament to the care put into this place. All the food is really delicious so I recommend getting something to go along with your drinks!“

All the servers are knowledgeable about the wine selection and always have great recommendations. I love their orange wines and all the food is amazing. “Such a hidden gem - One of the best Thai restraunts Iv'e had in the Bay Area! They have a main menu that mostly contains the more standard Thai dishes that might see at a lot of other places. But they also have a hidden menu with some really unique Thai dishes that I haven't seen very often here but had when I visited Thailand and this brought back tons of memories! For the 2 of us, we got the fresh raw shrimp appetizer, papaya salad with blue crab, crab omlette, and stir fried morning glory. All the dishes were yum, but the first 2 were quite spciy! We were able to secure a reservation, were seated promptly at our reservation time and had a very attentive waiter. The blue cheese garlic bread was awesome, but way too much for two people. We split a garden salad and the mixed grill and added crab to it. They have two menu items that are crab in the shell, but you can add crab meat to any other entree. The mixed grill had salmon, cod, shrimp, and the crab. All were excellent. Green beans were the veggie and were cooked perfectly and buttery. We passed on dessert as the rest was very filling, though the dessert tray looked tasty when we saw it go by a couple times.The views of the bay are beautiful with the sun setting over the Golden Gate just as we sat down. “Cafe Meuse was such a cute wine bar, and a perfect spot to meet up for a happy hour. They have $2 off their glasses of wine between 5PM and 7PM, which is not an amazing deal, but better than you will find in most of the city. We ordered a Kir Royale and a bottle of wine which was really delicious. The server was very sweet, and split the one Kir Royale between the two of us in two separate glass which I really appreciated, and didn't expect at all. The cafe is very cute, and had some beautiful decorations for the holidays. Definitely a place I'd like to return to.“
